Ridiculously overpricedThese are literally two rubber balls, hilariously branded so that you have to pay 20 times what they're worth. My advice is to buy two Pinky High Bounce rubber balls of a similar weight at the dollar store. They'll work just as well as these "therapy" balls. They're absolutely nothing special. They smell and off-gas just as much as any other cheap rubber. Don't buy the hype! 1Firm, but soft ballsAfter reading so many rave reviews I decided to give these balls a try for my heel pain. Maybe it's just me, but they were a little too soft; I personally prefer stiffer balls. I'll probably go back to using a lacrosse ball, but if you can't handle intense massages, these are great. They come with a nice sack so you can keep your balls protected. If you're worried about your balls getting all sweaty, the sack is meshed so air can pass through. So if you need something firm but not too stiff, grab these balls right away. 4Gets the knots right out!I used these at a friends house and had to have them! They help by shoulder pain, my neck pain, my sciatica pain, and my lower back pain! I just lay down and put them on the area that is in pain and let them do their job! They are amazing. So much better than the tennis ball that I have been using. Since there are 2, and they are in a bag, it holds them in place better. 5Not so sureThe only reason I gave this 2 stars only is because they are the same as those pinky balls you can get at a pharmacy or toy store. I wouldn't have purchased them if I had kbown. 2these balls work for massage in the carI get back issues from both working and working out, and I can use one of these in the car while driving up and down my spine simply by small movements. By the time I get home, the pain or knot is worked out. I keep one on my passenger seat and use it when needed. I imagine they also work on the floor or couch. Changed my life- took one on last plane journey and used it there as well. 5Suggested by Physical TherapistThese were suggested by my physical therapist. I was to use them on hip and butt area, but I also use them for shoulder and neck tension too. They are amazing!!In the past I would use tennis balls or lacrosse balls. One was to flexible and the other to hard for me. I suffer from fibromyalgia so I need something middle of the road and these are perfect.I like that it comes in a bag so that if I want to keep them together for use they won t seperate, plus storage is helpful bonus.Very much worth the buy and a good price from what I saw at other sports stores. 5These saved my sanity. However, when I went back to my gym and inspected the balls they used, seems like these cosmetic uneven texture is common and cannot be avoided. There are days when I'm on my feet a lot without wearing the most comfortable shoes, I like to use these balls to roll my feet. I believe that they do help, if not, the sensation is just pleasant. There are so many ways to do a self-massage with these balls which is economical and convenient.I was hesitant with the price at first but overall happy I have them. 5Great product to massage out those muscles and ease the tension.Great product to help massage out pain and muscle tension. You can target areas and get in there deep. My chiropractor highly recommends these to everyone. They are perfect firmness. I am looking forward to checking out the free instructional videos they offer.Seller is great as well and has great customer service. I will keep them in mind for future purchases. 5it was good till it went out of shapeit was good till it went out of shape...I had a sore back so i laid on it and rolled on it - about 2 weeks...now the ball is oval...im 5'10' 170lbs.... is this normal? do i weigh too much? 2
