Five Starsfine 5which ended up making my skin and bed moist all night andsmelling bad, tooIn the end, it did provide a barrier so that leakage did not get on the floor. However, there is no effective barrier between the skin and the underwear. I slept in moist underwear all night, which ended up making my skin and bed moist all night andsmelling bad, too. It needs a system for wicking moisture away from the body.. It desperaretly needs this, or I won't use them again. I will return them and come up with a better system such as incontience pads that go into the underwear. Can easily cause bed sores the way it is now. 2Nope!!!My mother hates them.
