Very difficult for the impaired or elderly to useThis pill container is not for the impaired, or for the elderly, even tho both might need it! It is simply VERY difficult to open.I had to take a pliers to open it! Then decided to use the pliers to bend the 'bubble' a little further back, so it is a bit easier tohandle. The idea is great in theory, but the functioning leaves a lot to be desired. It really hurts my fingers. I even had to file theback part (the hinge?) so I could grasp it to open without pain. Too much work! 3Flimsy, brittle plastic. Dollar Tree sells 2/$100Got at last minute for $3.50. Very similar item available for one US dollar or less at dollar stores. Hinge on 1 of 7 lids broke and cracked after only a few weeks. I think the design in general is not practical, and I fear that more of these closures will break off. 1Liked it at first but am now unhappyI purchased two of these and have used them for under a month. Just this morning as I was refilling one for the week I looked down and the last three "tabs" (T, F, S) must have broken. I went to close the container days and the case and medication flew out everywhere. I was very happy with these when I purchased them because of the size, but less than a month later, one is broken and I am unable to return as the window has closed. 2Keep looking, don't buycomplete junk. the locking tabs are flimsy, resulting in wearing out or breaking off, so that the lids do not stay closed. I did not realize this product was not returnable when I ordered it, or I would have never tried it. 1Not good. Find one with flat bottom.Don't care for this box. Size is right but it is hard to open and the worst problem is that it is rounded, not flat, on the bottom. Three times now after filling, as I was closing the tops, the box went flying across the counter and the pills went every which way. Just this week I threw it away and got a flat bottom one from the store 2LOVE IT! So handy, lids close tight for security. I've had others that lids always came open and mixed up all my pills! And i have 8 in each one. I bought 4 so i could do a months worth instead of doing it every week.You'll be happy with this product. 5Works!I use this every day for dispensing my daily medications. The lids haven t broken off like on most containers I try and it s holding up remarkably well. It is also large enough to hold multiple medications, but is small enough to not be in the way. 2 thumbs up! 5Great product design IF the quality control issue gets resolved!These Apex pill organizers have a great design and functionality, plus they're made in the U.S. Unfortunately, according to our small sample (we bought two), the quality control process this company has, seems flawed. Right out of the package, one of the two we purchased here on Amazon, should have never made it into the packaging container. One of the closing latches was totally missing, sothe lid won't close at all. I hope that Apex figures out this quality control problem because they have a very nice product here in terms ofits design and usability. For some reason their production process seems to be the issue... 2Does the jobI ordered 2. I received pink for both of them so be advised that colors vary. I like the fact that you can squeeze the day to pop the top open. I would guess this might be hard for those who suffer from arthritis. 5
