Works Great, Excellent for Sensitive Skin, Most Effective for Joint PainI got this for my boyfriend, who has ocular albinism. His skin lacks pigment and is also extremely sensitive, far too sensitive for any thermalgesic remedies with camphor or menthol in them. I went out on a limb and got this for him since he complains about mild to moderate middle back pain somewhat frequently. This stuff is amazing! He swears by it, and I've used it myself for anything from joint pain in my knees from jogging to DOMS in my thighs from weight training. It's not a miracle, but it really does pack quite a pain-relieving punch for a more "natural" product, and it's certainly worth every penny. I've found it to be more effective for joint pain than it is for muscle pain. It smells pretty strong, but it isn't unpleasant. 5Because of a good spread with each application I'd guess it's relatively economicalI'm surprised that a topical lotion can effect aches so far below the surface. The smell is actually pleasant especially compared to brands my grandma used. Two Old Goats does the job of combating pain while not driving off friends and family. I'll mention texture and absorption because I know some people really care about that. This lotion goes on wet, but absorbs very quickly, there is no tacky feel afterwards and your hands do not feel coated. Because of a good spread with each application I'd guess it's relatively economical. 5It WorksI have no idea how or why it works, but it does. Aches, joint pains and other muscular/skeletal discomforts simply go away when this product is applied. On some days, it was difficult or impossible to clench my fingers into a fist, but after using 2OGs, it cleared up soon thereafter. And, Amazon is the best source by far over local retail stores (a saving of about $10.00) for two bottles. Thanks, Amazon! 5Can't function without it!My 86-year old father swears by this lotion. Uses it twice a day, and never misses a day. He says it helps subside joint and muscle pain in his legs, back and arms. He also uses it for pain in his feet and hands. Using a warm heating pad at the same time, makes this lotion be absorbed quicker, and helps him feel relief almost instantly. He doesn't use strong-smelling commercial formulas like Bengay anymore, after discovering Two Goats. 5two old goatsActually works! Doesn't cure pain, but definitely lessens it within 30 minutes of using it. After several days of using it, my base level arthritic ache in both thumbs was considerably diminished. I hardly notice it at all in my right thumb now, I actually bought this lotion for my mom as recommended to her by her physician. She reports it has really helped her arthritic pains in her right knee. When I told my good friend about the benefits of this cream, she went out and bought some for her mom. Her mom began using cream a couple of days ago and now states she has been able to sleep last 2 nights without waking up from pain in joints of fingers in both hands. I first found it at a Feed store and it really helped my aches and pains from a small torn ligament and arthritis so was so happy when I found it on Amazon. Nothing has worked better for me! I have tried other over the counter pain relief lotions and creams without any relief from the pain. It also has a much more pleasant smell than the other creams I tried. When my back was in spasms I was not able to walk and could hardly move, but after rubbing this in I was able to have much more range of movement. I have one bottle at home and one at the office. Everyone in the office now refers someone in pain to one of us that has this at our desks. I've recommended it to many family and friends as well. 5Great for Chronic Pain!I have a couple of different chronic pain disorders (though fibromyalgia isn't one of mine), and this really helps the little daily aches and pains. It isn't as effective when there's a flare, but for day to day pain, it works for me. One caveat: when you apply it, it won't feel like it's helping. It's not instantaneous like icy hot or ben gay. But a short time later, you'll suddenly realize that the pain you were feeling earlier is much better. 5
