Now my shoes are comfortableI was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis in June. I tried 3 recommended inserts and none were comfortable. Finally a friend gave me a set of Tuli's heel cups. Now my uncomfortable shoes are comfortable! I can't understand why the doctor didn't tell me about them! I was thrilled to see that I can still buy them and did. 5Didn't Work for PlantersI tried these for Planters but they didn't do the trick. I also bought the clear version of these with the same result. I finally settled on the ProFoot Plantar Fasciitis Heel Cup Insoles Mens and they did the trick. I had high hopes that these would have provided relief but no such luck. 2Great Pain Relief AidAfter an x-ray of my right heel that has a huge bone spur on it, the orthopedic surgeon said I need surgery to remove it and I said "no thanks". I've had orthopedic surgery and it was a disaster; so, I'm not willing to try again at my age. He then gave me this heel cushion (at a much higher price than Amazon charges) and it gave me relief. Yes, the bone spur is still there and from time to time, it makes me think I should bite the bullet and have surgery, but then, I put in a new one of these pads and say "I can live with this." They really do help. 5Great for help with sever s diseaseMy 11 year old son was diagnosed with sever s disease. He would begin limping a few minutes into basketball practice and be in pain for hours after. We bought these heel cups and they are amazing! No pain during or after practice and games. We found it easier for him to place them inside his socks before putting his sneakers on to prevent them slipping down. 5Easy to use, actually relieves heel painI stuck these in my shoes as soon as they arrived. My heel pain had been awful, and I have no desire to go in to the doctor to be told I need surgery. So, I used these heel cups for about a week then realized my heel pain was nearly gone! Now, I pop them into my shoes about every other month when the plantar fasciatis (however that's spelled) tries to take me down and within a couple of days the pain disappears again. My wife sneaks them into her shoes, too, even though they're slightly too large for her. 5Do not hesitate - these are the ones that really work!I can't understand why these are no longer easy to find in pharmacies and big box retail stores. These are the only thing that truly help with Plantar Fasciitis - I could not recommend them more! There are also a heavier set sold by this company that are great too. These work well in women's shoes. Do not take up so much space that you need to loosen the strings on the shoes or wear thinner socks. They cup the heel and then give it cushioning from the pounding the poor tendon takes while it's trying to heal. The cupping seems to be part of the deal in that road to healing. I need to order another pair - so if I get plantar Fasciitis - I will be prepared. Like anything, these are like shoes - the longer you wear them - the more they wear out. It's just the law of rubber, I guess. :-) 5Awesome Product. Poor Amazon CS.Despite of the wrongful way the delivery of the package was handled by delivery person, I have to say the seller is awesome fast and the product is just amazing. I do suffer of severe PF. I've been wearing the cups for about 4 hours now, and they feel extremely comfortable, and allowing me to walk without almost any pain.Highly recommend the product as well as for Amazon to train delivery people better.You just don't throw a package and take a picture as it was fine and ok to do that. 5Great for my Calcaneus Bone Bruise!After a calcaneus fracture last year, I still have swelling when I put too much pressure on my foot for too long. There's not a lot of rhyme or reason to when and why it will swell up again, but I've found the best method of keeping myself on my feet is to keep the pressure off my feet as much and as often as possible.These heel cups are relatively slim for the cushion they provide so I can wear some shoes I couldn't previously. Not sure what material they are but it feels like a silicone-like rubber that I wear inside my sock so it doesnt move out of place. they stick to you when they get warm and stay in place and you forget they're there.I use it in yoga too although im still experimenting with different types of toeless socks to keep it on. They make a wrap/bootie with a heel cup sewn in that i should probably give a try. The waffle pattern on the bottom absorbs a lot of shock and I can stay on my feet much longer than before with these heel cups.I'd been mostly having to wear Crocs for the last year, which as you know are not the most glamorous footwear. These are giving me more options for what to wear and how to be more active. They're so inexpensive too. Recommended if you have a BME/Bone Marrow Edema/Bone bruise in your heel. 5Was hoping for a better outcomeI purchased these because what was recommended didn't seem supportive enough for heel spurs and weight. I had originally purchased the teal colored ones but they were to high fitting, my ball foot and arch hurt. I like how the waffle design distributes the pressure being applied to them, so I purchased these. While these say they are for overweight people, in my case. They are thin. I need a middle built between teal and yellow. I would return these but you have to come out of pocket and the travel and transfer of 3 buses to get to the post office. HARD PASS. I wish they would rethink there return policy! 3They do what they sayI was given a pair of these heel cups by my surgeon after knee surgery. I liked them a lot so when our daughter started having problems with Plantar Fascitis, I bought her a pair based on her weight ( over 175 lbs) and she said they made a difference. I do not claim these are the solution to everyone's feet problems but I know they helped me and our daughter and I would totally recommend these to people with knee problems and Planter Fascitis. Tuli's comes highly recommended which is why my surgeon gave them to me and why I bought them for our daughter. Researcher Tuli's and you will be impressed. I would recommend these to anyone. . In addition, Amazon is great to order through because you are never stuck with something you don't like. 5
