Messy, Messy, they open up spilling gel beads everywhereThe size is good and they are absorbent. I always use them as an addition to a diaper.My problem is that when they are full the ends split open spilling the absorbed gel beads everywhere.If they don't split open while in use, when I lift a full pad by one end the other end opens up and spills out everywhere.If the beads end up all over me, or all over the floor, it is a mess and hard to clean up.This is my first time buying these but it appears as though the glue that is supposed to keep the ends sealed dissolves when wet and no longer keeps the ends sealed.I have used about 6 of them and they all have opened up. 1Better than Sposies!This liner is great if you have a nighttime bedwetting problem with your toddler. It's thinner than all the ones I've tried (including Sposies) but it's more absorbent! It also sticks to the diaper so stays in place. I reccomend this product. 5It's absolutely wonderful! She feels like a new personThis product CHANGED OUR LIVES! My mother has no bladder control. The other products she was using constantly leaked and had obvious odor. She always had to change when we were out during the day and had to get up during the night and change with wet pads and wet clothes. She was miserable! With Tranquility she wears one pull up during the day and one pull up during the night. We have added the booster pads just to give them a try and she starts out with one of those those and is able to pull those out and dispose of them and not have to change anything during the day or during the night. It's absolutely wonderful! She feels like a new person! We are so thankful for Tranquility! Tranquility cost more than the pull up she was using before, but she was using 6 a day compared to 2 a day and having to use disposable pads and wash her clothes, etc., so we feel like the cost equals out. Even at that, the quality of life is a hundred percent better and it's worth the cost! Thank you Tranquility! I cannot say enough! By the way, this is the first time I've left a review. I just don't take the time to do so. But I had to let everybody know how amazing this product is!!! 5Great product for overnightPurchased for mother-in-law who was waking up wet from Depends pull ups by themselves. This adds the perfect amount of extra absorption. Great product. She had tried adding other pads before, but the waterproof backing caused leakage up her back when they got full. These pads have adhesive to keep them in place, but no plastic backing, so moisture passes through to the Depends underneath, boosting the absorption level. She wears size s/m depends pullups and they fit just fine. 5A True Sanity Saver!There is nothing else like Tranquility TopLiner Booster Pads! My Mom is 96 and although she isn't totally incontinent she does have trouble making it to the toilet in time during the day, or at all during the night. These pads have been a sanity saver for me! I put one, sometimes two (one atop another) inside her pull-ups and they trap even the largest, fastest urine flow. What one can't trap is passed through to the second and then on to the pull-up and in almost every case not through to her pants or pajama bottoms. Like I said, a sanity saver for any caregiver trying to care for someone with little to no control over their bladder.Now, the TopLiner Booster Pads aren't perfect, I'd give them a 4.8 if I could, but they are close. What could be better? They could be an inch or two longer, not necessarily the actual pad, but the non-absorbent tags at either end. As it is they have a tendency to bunch up, or turn under at the front and/or back when Mom pull them up. Second the adhesive strip down the center doesn't extend quite to the ends of the pad which causes them to gap up a bit, again making them tend to bunch up or turn under. What I've been doing is using a small piece of double sided tape between the Booster Pad and the Pull-Up to secure the top and bottoms. That works, but it's an extra step that could be avoided during an unpleasant situation.BTW, when I go Pull-Up and two Booster Pads (or Pull-Up, disposable pad and Booster Pad) the diaper is very thick. That is going to be a problem for some people, but frankly, it's "form follows function" and, believe me, thick and dry is a LOT BETTER than thin and wet.IAC, I can strongly recommend TopLiner Disposible Booster Pads! 5A necessity around here!These arrived sooner than expected and in perfect shape. My patient is on medications that won't allow him to wake at night to use the restroom, and even high-capacity adult diapers just don't absorb enough. These help immensely, he's much-less likely to wake up in wet bedding with these in use.My only wish is that, instead of the 1/2"(?) strip of adhesive down the center of the pad, there were two 1/4"strips at each edge. I think that this might be a better configuration for side-sleeping men like my patient, since their (*ahem*) 'parts' are likely to shift off of and go under the booster pad.I think I'll experiment with some double-sided tape. A four or five inch length applied along the edge of the booster that'll be nearest the bed should do it. Hmmm...... 4Cheap Chux is excellent provider of high quality incontinence items.These liners are perfect for placing inside of Tranquility pull up or wrap around adult diapers. For several hrs of protection I place 1 TopLiner onto the diaper inside, as shown in product photo. Then, I place another TopLiner sticky side onto the top of the first one. When away for 2-4 hrs from bathroom, I can carefully and slowly remove the 2nd TopLiner that has filled to max. The 1st TopLiner and pull up diaper are dry and can last 2-3 more hrs. Excellent setup for heavy overnight output also. Hope the method I described could be helpful to someone and help save money by reusing the dry pull-up.I have zero urine control from late side effects of radiation therapy to pelvic floor from 27 years ago. So, I have research on many, many incont. supplies.With my experience with Cheap Chux and the Tranquility pull-ups and liners for over two years now, I can write with 100% truth that the seller and brand of product, has never failed or fallen below 5 stars.Soon I will be scheduled for my dbl ostomies of colostomy and ostomy for failed bladder. Looking forward to dry pelvic floor skin!Stay away from depends, they are junk for your money. I can't emphasize enough to purchase this TopLiner from this seller, cheap chux. 5Extra InsuranceBecause of nerve damage from a spine surgery, I have trouble feeling if my bladder is full when lying down. I often wake up at night with an extremely full bladder and cannot control urine flow as soon as I stand up. Consequently, I need to wear adult absorbent underwear at night. I use this booster pad as extra insurance I will make it to the bathroom without making a mess. I'm always glad I've had this booster pad in because an adult bladder can hold a lot of fluid. There is an adhesive strip that keeps the pad in place so I always know it is where it belongs. I would highly recommend this product. 5Great product!!!Great product, cuts down on leaks big time; wish Iknew about these sooner! I used to use an ultimate absorbancy incontinence pad inside of pull up disposable undies, but never fail there would be leakage from the leg area and even up the back from the waist, which was distressing, frustrating, and even depressing, because my bladder leaking was controlling my life due to MS, and it was causing me to dread & avoid family get togethers, and leaving the house, except for doctor appointments. Now I use two of the pads inside of theTranquility pull up underwear, and this works well for me for now.' 5Good ProductDue to her incontinence, I have been using two adult absorbent underwear panties ("pull-ups") on my wife, who has dementia. I found that I could substitute these booster pads and use only one pull-up with the pad. The combination of the two is less bulky and more absorbent. No accidents have occurred since I started doing so. The booster pads have a small, sticky strip which lets you center the pad in the pull-up and makes it easy to use. The product is well-designed and easy to use. I think, however, that more adhesive added to the pads would improve them. 4
