I love it after using it for a week now the ...I love it after using it for a week now the only thing make me give it 3 stars because when I got it there was small open cut on some part but I was needed it that time to used it does why I did not return it 3This one fits nicely. It could get warmerThere aren't many shoulder compressions that work well. This one fits nicely. It could get warmer, but it is snug. The velcro can scratch your skin, but if you wear a shirt under it you're okay. I use it several times a week for relief from shoulder arthritis. 4Works!I always used heating pads, but this time I try TherMedic infrared and it really works. Because this is a different technology, you don't feel the hot as a regular heating pads, although, is much better because you don't feel the burning feeling of regular heating pads. I have to say that this pad help to heal my shoulder that used to have a tear that last to heal. Beside that, the service is awesome, quickly response and resolve very kindly my concern. His only complaint is that the plug is too short. 5Works GreatIt says one size fits all, but I am a pretty big guy (I wear a 50 Long suit) and it only barely stretched to fit across the chest . But after I got it on, it was great for my shoulder. The heat was mild and the cold was cold. I would recommend this wrap to anyone of average build (men). Most women should have no problem with the fit. Bigger than me it won't work. I would like to see them make an extender like they do with seat belts on an airplane. 4OK, but not hot enoughI wanted to relieve some shoulder pain and I got this in anticipation of surgery. I find that it's difficult to get on and off, especially when you are having problems with your shoulder. It fits snugly, but I had to continuously adjust the placement, again not too good when you are having shoulder problems. Setting the fit aside, I found that the unit got somewhat hot enough ONLY if you had it in the right spot directly touching your body. If you had any space between you body and the heating pad, it was not hot, only warm. I found that to be annoying and unsatisfactory. I returned the product and went back to using my cheap pad from the drugstore - Don't have to worry about getting it on and off, and it heats up very, very well. 2Too smallToo small. It claimed to fit chest <50" at manufacture's website. I have 38", can't properly wear it on. I measured the belt which cross shoulder to chest, Tip to tip along curve is 39", It makes a maximum loop 39", minimum a inch or more overlap needed to keep it stick together. I believe it only fits thin women as the picture posted. 1But otherwise love it!I am small framed! so it fits me perfectly but my husband who is not! will not! But otherwise love it! 5A real helper for shoulder injuries.My wife tore or irritated her rotator cup or the muscles around it and we really needed something to stabilize her shoulder as well as hold an ice pack or heat source on the area needed. She's been using the device well over 6 months and it works well. I wish she would heal quicker but the type of injury she has is not a quick fix. However this wrap has been very helpful in keeping her shoulder in the right position to not aggravate her injury and it keeps the cold-hot packs in place. The Velcro unfortunately is starting to deteriorate and it's not as good as when the wrap was new. But all in all, it's been a good help for us. 5
