Keeps your Feet Feeling Strong and Steady During Performance ActivityI use the insets in performance cleats, so they receive a lot of wear and tear. They have held up very nicely throughout the duration of the season - playing 4-6 games per week. I pitch in the inserts and they provide a stable yet comfortable solution to your performance needs. The plastic cup for the heel is my favorite part, you feel very secure and it helps the insert stay in-place. My only concern is that the material toward the toes is pretty thin, I would like a little bit more but they do the job. I would recommend the product to any high performance athlete looking to get the most out of their feet. 4the pain is gone, reallylove these. used to have arch pain when running, walking, used $300 custom made orthotics for many years, but still had pain, now for past 2 years, pain gone, thanks to Superfeet. I'm a walking advertisement for Superfeet. 5For me: It got a little worse before it got a LOT betterMy feet situation: My right foot is mostly numb and in pain most of the time I am walking around the concrete city. The pain and numbness radiates from the arch of my foot up to my big toes knuckle, and into my big toe. Then the pain, if it's really bad, shoots up my ankle and the back of my calve.It got worse before it got better: My roommate recommended to me this product because of its notorious reviews. I decided to try it out because my foot pain was only getting worse. When I walked around on them, most of the pain went away but after a couple of days it felt like my right foot and leg were sore. The soreness spread into my Achilles tendon and across the bottom of my right foot. After about a week, all of the pain went away and now I have 0 issues whatsoever and I can wear any shoes I want with them, it's wonderful. I'm a lot more energetic when I'm walking around and I don't feel the need to take frequent breaks anymore. It's great. I imagine I should still go somewhere to make sure my foot is okay, but it has been a wonderful way to make me not feel like garbage until my doctors appointment is closer. 5Walking on clouds.I have FLAT feet. Superfeet Green is like having a stone under my foot, Blue is like having a pebble under my foot. Carbon is like walking on a cloud that hugs the shape of my foot. Look no further my flat footed friends, Carbon is the way to go. When I put on a pair of shoes not in my normal rotation (yardwork boots etc...) that don't have Superfeet Carbon insoles I'm shocked at the lack of support stock insoles provide and I have gone this far in life without them. 5Finally!!I finally found an insole that doesn't lift my heel out of low shoes! I have plantar fasciitis, so I've been going through a variety of replacement insoles & orthotics. If I'm putting them in a hiking boot or gym sneaker, I can use most any kind. But for certain shoes, many of the insoles are built up too high at the heel, and it causes me to feel like my heel is slipping out of the shoe (even with the shoe's original insole removed). I just recently got an awesome pair of Ecco Soft 7 sneakers, and it definitely happens with those! I decided to give the Superfeet Carbons a try because they're listed as "low profile" and "low volume". They are perfect! Just the right amount of arch support, and my foot sits down in the heel pocket of the shoe exactly as it should! They are a tad pricey, but absolutely worth it. 5Great for athletic shoes!!I have a severe pronation on my left foot that I normally wear a custom ankle foot orthotic for. Unfortunately I am unable to wear this orthotic with my spin shoes. I started having inner ankle and knee issues when the regular insert wore out. I purchased these and they work perfectly and my ankle and knee alignment has improved which has stopped the pain. They are thin and very supportive for my flat/low arch feet. An added bonus is the thinness so it does not disrupt the fit of my spin shoe. Glad I purchased these to replace my original spin inserts. 5Flat feet requires lower arch support and these are it!!!If you have flat feet, you MUST use an insole that has a lower arch support. Do NOT get an insole with arches that push up too high or else you will experience pain. About 10+ years ago, folks said the flatter your arch, the higher the arch support in the insole. But now, it's the opposite. And believe it or not, if you have flat fleet, it isn't really about arch support but it's more about overall foot stability. And insoles with a nice heel cup will provide that.In regards to the Superfeet Carbon, I love them. I switched from Powerstep insoles to these. While Powerstep has provided me the support I needed since 2002, it's now to use insoles with a lower arch support for my flat feet and I have to say, I noticed difference the first day. While I was able to run in Powersteps, the arch I thought was always too high. While the Powersteps eliminated shin splints and knee pain, my feet sometimes would experience an awkward pain towards the far outside edges and this make sense since the Powersteps pushes my arch higher and therefore distributing more weight towards the outside of my feet. With the Carbons, the arch support is lower but it's still there. The key is the heel cup. The support the heel cup provides is absolutely the best and while it keeps my heel locked in, the insole reinforces my entire foot to work as it should with minimal to no roll in the heel section.If you play sports, run or do a lot of walking and you have flat feet, please get these. It's the best $50 you'll ever spend. I currently own one and I plan on purchasing my 2nd and 3rd pair. 5These carbon insoles are AWESOME! I've had lower back issues and pain in ...A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! These carbon insoles are AWESOME! I've had lower back issues and pain in my feet for quite some time now. I'm very flat footed and I'm very picky when it comes to shoes, mainly because I have a hard time finding great fitting shoes. But these insoles make a world of difference in my shoes. I have a standing desk at my office and I could feel the difference the first day! From the first time I slipped my shoe on with these insoles I could tell a huge difference. These work! They realign your foot in the proper position and they really do help with lower back pain. It's true, these are not soft and full of cushion but I've tried all the popular brands out there inlcuding the insoles from the "Dr. S..." and they are no comparisson to these! They are a very stiff insole but way more comfortable than any gel insole I've ever tried. I have not tried the green or blue insoles. With the low profile of the carbon insoles I can move these from my business shoes to my running shoes no problem! Absolutely love these! 5Give these a try!I don t write many reviews but these thin hard plastic inserts have changed my life. I ve had them for 10 days. Before I tried about 5 other brands and one given to me by a podiatrist. My feet were hurting and didn t realize my back pain was related to my feet pain until Sunday when I woke up with virtually no back pain. I was literally dancing or joy! They re so thin they fit in my dress shoes. For this price I highly recommend giving them a try. Do lots of walking to realign and see if your back feels better! Also the arch support takes a bit of adjustment. I tried vionics but the arch was so high it was painful. These are not that way. 5
