Two StarsReally felt no difference while on it. If you want to relax try Valerian roots. 2So far, much better in powder than in pill form.I'm still not sure whether Inositol is what my body needs, but I can say the powder form is much more effective than the pill form I had tried from another retailer (generic brand). This leaves me feeling calmer, the pill form pretty much didn't do anything. If you think you may benefit from Inositol, try the powder first. 4doesn't dissolveI bought this product because it has more inositol per tsp. However, it does not dissolve well at all. Inositol is a good product, I just dislike this brand. Jarrow's inositol is better in my opinion. 3BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS NOWAs a smoker, I am constantly aware of trying to keep my lungs in good shape. All I can say about this product is that since taking it DAILY for quite some time, I have had NO lung condition issues. Don't know why, I just know that before taking Inositol I was having a heck of a time with almost COPD condition. I have none of these issues now. All I can attribute it to is taking this product.
