i love themThese were recommeded to me by a nurse - she said these and only these would work. I had bought several other kind some were twice as expensive as these. Yet, i was still limping every minute of every day. She told me to buy these, I did. They instantly made my feet feel better. After a few weeks I wasn't hurting at all, after a few months I quit wearing them. I've gone months without feelingany pain at all. Until now that I've starting running again. And now I'm buying another pair. Because after I quit hurting I put them somewhere special - can't remember where that special place is. But I remember I gotta have them. 5There are better Sorbothane choicesInsoles are a very individual decision, so opinions can vary a lot. I have used Sorbothane work insoles, and will compare to those. The graphite insoles actually provide less cushioning overall than the work insoles and are slightly thinner. The variable is the graphite arch which I found relatively flimsy, extended to far into the foot area, and was not a high arch by any means. Probably can fit the right foot, but not mine. For an arch in this price range, I think the better choices are some of the SofSole products and the Powerstep insoles in the $30 range. 3they remain a solid comfortable product for those of us who require a stiff ...I have used these insoles for several years now. Any of the "stiffener" insoles are expensive, but the sorbothane appear to not only have a decent (albeit still expensive) price point but are reasonably well built also. The top fabric eventually will wear out under the heels (I use them in all my shoes, including my athletic shoes) and the heel cushion also will lose some of its usefulness over time. However, they remain a solid comfortable product for those of us who require a stiff midsole (those of us with flatter arches and some need of pronation support). The graphite midsole does lose some of its adhesion after a while (a year in my case) and that is when I chose to replace them. I also have washed them with good success. All in all a reasonable product that is built well. I did not rate them as 5 stars simply because I do have to replace them and for the price wish that they would last as long as the shoes. 4Reduced the pain of planter fasciitisMy planter fasciitis returned with a vengeance. I had old store bought insoles and even professionally made inserts. I then learned the insoles have a limited life and they break down reducing the level of support I needed. These were doctor recommended, so I gave them a try. They are working quite well. They are much better than my older pair offering a good amount of heel and arch support. The insole wasn t too difficult to put into my shoes. It just takes an little effort. Once in, they are very comfortable. The size is accurate.The pain is now greatly reduced and walking is no longer a problem. I would consider this brand whenever I need to get new ones. 5Product inappropriate and missizedThis turned out to be only another shoe insert like many others, and overpriced for what it was. Worse, although we ordered it one size smaller than user wears, it was to long to get it into the shoe. She gave it to me (two sizes larger) and it wouldn't fit in mine either. When we finally forced it into one of my larger shoes, it was so uncomfortable that I pulledit out. Junk. 1Not great qualityThe carbon fiber in-step support is poorly attached and is not very high so does not truly support your arch. Not great padding for the heal or the ball of the foot. I would not purchase again. You are better off with Scholls which can be bought at wal-mart for 1/2 the price of these. 2Almost a miracleBought these because of severe pain in the ball of my right foot. My job at a big box store requires walking on concrete for several miles a day. Put these in my sneakers and was able to work for 2 hours before any pain returned, but not as bad as before. Has been getting a little better each day. Although it s not a miracle, it s definitely a vast improvement. They work. 5The really sad part is that I used these insoles for years ...I've had sore feet my whole life. When I visited the podiatrist a few months ago, she saw my feet and said its rare to see feet as flat as mine. One week in these insoles and my feet are no longer sore. At all. The really sad part is that I used these insoles for years 10-15 years ago. The company I worked for at the time would take orders for the entire plant and give them to us for a minimal charge. This product is worth every penny. Don't hesitate to treat yourself to an extra pair. You'll never regret it. 5Zumba instructor recommended!Very effective. I am a zumba instructor and used to have tenderness in my ankle after teaching a high impact class. Used this over the weekend for 2 classes. No pain at all. I was contemplating buying a new pair of sneakers but wanted to try this first. Worked like a charm! Highly recommended.Does take up room in your sneakers. You may need to adjust your laces accordingly to make your shoe fit. 5Fabulous insolesI bought these at the end of a long line of insoles as a way to treat plantar fasciitis and bruised heels. I have bought Spenco, custom orthotics, new balance, happy feet, and other orthotics, and these are by far the best for me. What I like about these is that the have a rigid arch support, but a gel heel pad. They are supper supportive, but also soft and comfortable- just what my feet needed. They do take up a lot of shoe, so you may need a larger size, but they are trimmable, and wear extremely well. I have two pair now and keep them in my other set of running shoes so I do not have to move them from shoe to shoe. I will never buy another pair of insoles. I love these and cannot think of going to anything else. My feet feel great after more than a year of trying everything (and I mean everything...)! I went from hobbling around everywhere, to absolutely normal in about a month, with releif starting the day after I bought them! Great buy for the price. 5
