Support viewThis did not help me at all and I wasted my money...Nothing more to say it didn't work for me... 2Helpful ProductEasy to use, gentle back brace. While it's not quite as effective as I'd hoped, it definitely has helped in easing my constant back & neck pain. Ideally, my back brace would be less flexible and absolutely PULL the shoulders back. But perhaps that is the Chupacabra of back braces--the one you always hear claims about but that doesn't really exist.It's not impossible to slouch in this device, but it does provide a good amount of posture support if you want something that allows you to move around. I wear it while sleeping to prevent haunching over at night and it has helped. Even if I find a brace that is more intense, I will probably continue to use the Posture S'port at times. 4Cuts into Under ArmsI ordered this to try to correct my slouched posture because I have to sit at a desk all day for work. I didn't realize from the pictures that the straps on this brace would go around the under arm area to stay in place. The straps dug into my under arms when worn under a shirt. The placement of the straps was especially a deal killer for me, considering I sweat excessively under my arms and the straps would irritate my skin from the constant rubbing. It may work for someone that does not have this issue but for me I had to return it. 2I can't say that I've seen "world changing results" but it is definitely a good product!I have had this for about a week and wear it every day while at work. It definitely has helped my posture and keeps me from slouching over while at work. The straps that go around the shoulders cut into me and the material was very uncomfortable. I always slouch and have trouble sitting straight especially infront of computer and tv. This the best device ever. I now spine erect all the time today. I tried it on at the Relax The Back store. It was magic. 45 dollars plus tax. 10 more but shipping plus if it arrives defective or even at all not worth it. Plus I got to try it on and make sure it was good and complete before I bought it. Very comfortable. Not uncomfortable at all. Don't know what planet the other 2 are living on. Got a pack of 5 mens cotton undershirts for 10 dollars at Target. Then slip the support on. And then a cotton t shirt on after. Works great. Might be a little uncomfortable. But it is only because your spine is not used to beging so straight. Once you get used to it you will feel so much better. Really pulls my psine straight and keeps me from slouching. While I don't work in the rice paddies like she did in her younger days, I do have a typical desk job where I find myself hunching over to look at the monitor.My first attempt to address my posture was to start using a standing desk. It definitely took the need to hunch away, but I still had the habit of hunching ingrained in me by that time anyway. Then, I bought this wonderful baby and it's like having to balance books on your head without the actual hassle!It's definitely not the most fashionable thing to wear, but I can hide it by pulling over a sweater. Initially it also hurt my armpits, but I moved the arm pads so that there would be cushion between my armpit and the elastic bands.I'm very happy with my purchase. Now I no longer need to remember to keep my chest out and shoulders back because this does it for me! 5Not for petite peopleMy chiropractor recommended I buy this to help my bad posture. I tried one on in her office and thought it was fine. At first I really liked it and it helped me keep my shoulders back. The more I wore it the more I realized it doesn't fit me well. The bottom band quickly rides up no matter how tight I have it. Unless you have a big gut for the band to go under I can't imagine this fitting correctly. The bottom band has to stay put for the brace to work. Otherwise it can't pull your shoulders back and keep you straight. 3
