Use the size guide carefully for best fitExactly as advertised. My only problem is that at the moment I fall right on the boundary between XL and XXL. The former is usable but a bit too tight. The latter is usable but a bit too loose. Both work for me 5well two issues: A: ordered two and one ...UPDATE: after getting the correct size, cheese are just like the knee sleeves by the same company in that they reduce pain and stiffness and help with reboundwell two issues:A: ordered two and one came with the lettering already falling off or missingB: 28 was the length around the elbow, people suggested to stay to the size smaller if its close, well with 16.5 upper arms and 13 forearms. they aren't going on, need a size up 4Quality constructionGood quality. Has held up through many workouts now. Hasn't cured my tennis elbow, but offers good support. Might work better for golfers elbow. I ordered an XL because that's how my arm measured, but it really doesn't fit as tight as I'd hoped so maybe consider going down one size for solid support. It is well made washes in warm water and holds up to the dryer with no damage, doesn't get stinky either. I gave three stars because I just can't imagine that it is that much better than others that are half the price. It is too expensive in my opinion. 3Great multiuse elbow supportI am hypermobile, and when I was a child people labeled me as double jointed. Unfortunately for me, hypermobility increases my risk of developing tendon and ligament injuries. I practice martial arts striking and blocking with full force. The amount of energy is quite a lot which has led to a recent course of medial epicondylitis.This compression sleeve not only provides comfort but it gives me added support. It is a soothing feeling, as I feel improved circulation to my elbow. After a while, I do not feel like I am wearing anything on my elbow.Whether I am active or at rest, I take comfort in how this feels, when compared to other support sleeves on the market. It is stable on the arm and does not slip or slide off unlike other brands. My elbow is 20 cm and the Large size is appropriate in fit. 5No more elbow pain!I've never had an issue with my elbows, but recently began feeling elbow pain on my right arm after bench pressing and sometimes after curling. I felt this was the obvious choice to mediate the situation, and I was right! I began using the band for most movements that strain the elbow, and I no longer have any pain after workouts. But I also began taking a glucosamine sulfate supplement, so I would look into that as well. Also, if you're stuck between 2 sizes to choose from, get the bigger one. 5Great support, easy to use.This is my second elbow sleeve, I bought this for the other elbow since I get pain sometimes in both now. Super easy to put on unless you've already started a sweat - then it's pretty tough to pull on. They do stay in place well through all types of movements. I get a bit of pain both medially and laterally during workouts and this sleeve provides extra support to reduce pain during and after the workout. I also find these help with warming up a lot since they hold heat in the joint.I've washed my first one almost weekly for over 1 year and it's still holding up well. If you're between sizes I'd recommend choosing smaller. 5Offers great relief for elbow tendonitisBought these after I started experiencing tendonitis from heavy lifting in the gym. I used the copper sleeves from Dick's before but those only offered slight relief. After using these for a month, I was able to resume some exercises that I wasn't able to do before, such as skull crushers and shoulder presses. I use these now when I'm going to bench heavy and for some tricep exercises and they offer so much relief to the point that I don't feel any strain.Even after wearing these for a while, I can even do some exercises without the bands as they helped me recover while still working out. Definitely recommend these for those experiencing any elbow pain while lifting. 5Great for Golfers ElbownFor years, I've battled a fairly serious case of golfers elbow (the inside or medial part of my elbow hurts) that has, at times, limited my ability to work out the way I want to. I was having issues doing pushing exercises (push ups, bench press, military press, etc), so I started researching on ways to minimize this discomfort while I worked out. I had already visited an Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in upper extremities issues and he said that this condition takes a very long time to heal, but he did not feel that it was to the point where surgery or injections were required. He gave me some exercises to do and recommended and elbow sleeve.I looked at some of the cheaper brands on the market and decided I wanted something that would work well and also last a long time. I'm so thankful that I bought this Rehband sleeve as it has really helped me continue my workouts relatively pain free. It essentially traps the heat against the elbow to keep the joint nice and warm. I'm now able to do push ups, bench presses, and military presses relatively pain free. This sleeve hasn't taken 100% of the discomfort away, and I wouldn't expect it to for what it is, but it has helped enough that I can pretty much do what I want to do. I would definitely recommend this sleeve for anyone suffering elbow inflammation. 5Love them!What can I say; they're awesome.I roll jiu-jitsu, and lift 5 days/week. These are perfect, and a godsend. I had my elbow opened up with surgery a couple years back due to years of wear and tear from baseball, football, jiu jitsu and powerlifting. These sleeves provide the support my less-than-awesome joints need to help me keep lifting.And if any of you roll, you'll know mats can be unforgiving on the pounding an elbow can take. It's quite remarkable how flexible they are, yet supportive, and how much cushion they provide when you roll and land on your elbows. Fantastic product, very worth it, and glad I didn't cheap out and instead went for this higher end model. The reviews were correct; this is the one you want if you're serious about sports and lifting performance support. 5This device made a difference to my elbow and therefore to my whole self!The elbow had been really bothering me, from a strain/bruise that never wanted to heal, probably on top of some arthritis. The pain was getting more than inconvenient and I kept re-injuring it by over-use. At one point I really couldn't lift a coffee cup. Even gentle impacts, say brushing on a person or door-frame, were painful setbacks.The Rehband sleeve protects and supports. In my case, at least, that is just what was needed, as evidenced by how quickly it started to heal and feel better after I started using it. Now, after two weeks use, I am very fond of this item, if I lost it I'd re-buy immediately. I may heal this joint yet!After a few hours wearing you need to get it off to breathe (it and you), but you can also reverse it sweaty-side-out to get some additional time. Measure carefully when ordering, as directed. It needs to be snug for benefit. 5
