My doctor recommended this brand of orthoticFollowing doctors recommendation and they have worked for my bone spurs and foot pain. They fit into most pairs of shoes and boots. Some not so well, but i have ordered a slim orthotic by same brand to see if those will fit in other shoes. 5Can't wear my sneakers without them!I have pretty severe plantar faciitis in both feet. My doctor gave me these to hold me over until my custom orthodics were ready. Within about a week of wearing these in my shoes/boots/sneakers I was able to notice a marked improvement.These lasted approximately 3 months when the hard plastic arch support broke. Aside from that I always make sure to have these on hand to wear in all of my footwear as back ups to my regular orthodics.I would definitely recommend this product to someone who hasn't had any relief from PF. 4Love these.
