amazing success with these!we have had huge success with these bands. my daughter gets extreme car sickness. she has been known to throw up within 2 blocks of leaving our home. these bands have helped immensely. i was skeptical but she didn't even get car sick driving through the mountains while wearing these. i was shocked! they now are worn every time we get into the car. 5Helpful but not a cureUsed this for my trip to Disney and I felt that it really did help reduce my motion sickness problem. It didn't cure it, but did help a lot. I also gave my sister a pair and she agreed that it did helpl. 5Very disappointed!I'm very disappointed with this product. I had used acupressure bands before and they work for me so I had high hopes for this product since it's waterproof, the pressure point is adjustable and it looks much cuter than most acupressure bands. I really wanted to love it, because they are so cute.When I tried them on, I noticed that the bands are not the same size. When I put them on the same position on both wrists, one wrist is uncomfortably tight and the other is fine. I tried switching them in case I have one wrist bigger than the other, but it's clear than one of the bands is smaller. I thought it wasn't a big deal because at the time I was using it very rarely and for a short amount of time. However, for the past 3 days I have started needing it daily and wearing it many hours a day and this thing is extremely uncomfortable. The difference in tightness is very noticeable and it's impossible to wear this comfortably while still having enough pressure where you need it. Even if you wear it a bit loose, it starts sticking to your skin and feels very uncomfortable. Also, the holes are too far apart for a good fit considering the band does not stretch at all. Unless your wrist is the exact size of one of the holes, one hole feels too lose, and the next one feels too tight.The adjustable pressure dial is pretty much useless because it's not even enough to compensate the difference in size between the two bands. I can tell that the pressure point raises and lowers and I measured it out of curiosity and it only raise a little more than 1 milliliter, so barely anything. And if you change the pressure while wearing it, you can barely tell any difference at all.And to top it off the beautiful print on the outside has also started cracking. It has not come off yet, but it's covered in little cracks if you look closely, and I expect that it will look pretty worn out soon and I barely used it for a total of 7 days since I bought it and never in the water or in the sun so it must not be very durable.I actually had this shipped to where I am living in Europe, so combined with how expensive it already is on its own, it was a lot of money. I wouldn't mind if it was comfortable, but it's not. The band I was using until I tried this one was much more comfortable and easy to put on, even if it wasn't waterproof or cute. I could barely feel I had it on and after a few minutes I would completely forget I was wearing it. And it cost less than 5 euros.In short, I regret this purchase. It does work, but after a few minutes wearing it I'm so uncomfortable that I feel like ripping them out and throwing them out the window. 1Worked but uncomfortableThese work as described but are super uncomfortable for long term wear. Used for a 6 day cruise and could only wear it for a few hours at a time. I have tiny tiny wrists and the tendon on my wrist where this is supposed to sit pops out every time I move it in any direction so this caused some serious rubbing and a few days or soreness. I have a small raw spot in my wrist from it now. I tried to loosen it up to prevent this but then it was too big for my wrist it didn t apply enough pressure to the pressure point to prevent nausea. 3Can't close my eyes in these situations without feeling dizzy like I'm falling or my eyes rolling back in my ...Didn't work for me. I get motion sick on cars, boats, airplanes, roller coasters, some elevators, and I feel vibration in the floor of some buildings that can make me sick... Was told to try these and they are nice quality and did seem to help for the first 1/2 hour of my plane ride. Gave up and tried a transderm patch for the first time on my plane ride back (I was hoping this would work and was afraid of the potential side effects of the patch) but the patch worked wonders so I will have to stay with that from now on. I have a stomach condition that causes severe nausea 90% of the time. The acupressure wrist bands really help control it enough to eat. I saw these and thought they would be great because they were very cute and adjustable so I could get the perfect fit. However, even being adjustable they were a poor fit, either too loose or too tight, and very bulky. Every move I made would cause them to move or slip out of the setting I had it on. 2You will not regret!I love the design of this band!!! I suffer with motion sickness when being driven, flying and on boats. I used this band on vacation in DC and it has been a God send. I can take uber without arriving feeling sick. My flight coming here has moderately bad turbulence and I was not affected at all. I will forever have these with me when I travel or in my purse always in case some else has to drive besides me. The price is great for such a drug free, effective product. Get it you will not be disappointed !!! I am still in awe of how great these works ! 5Great for car sickness, pregnancy, and chemo!These are great! Turned from a total skeptic into a believer that accupressure works. I've put these bands through their paces over the last several months. They've worked for me so far for first trimester pregnancy nausea, car sickness, anesthesia nausea, and now nausea caused by chemotherapy. The bands are fully adjustable and even fit my tiny wrists with several notches to spare smaller and many to the larger side. Normal bracelets tend to fall right off of me to give you an idea of how small my wrists are. I love that the pressure can be adjusted easily by a twist of the knob, as sometimes the pressure can get annoying as you get hot/sweaty or during certain activities using your hands. The bands are fully water proof and easily washable. Many times I just take them into the shower with me and wash them with a little soap and water. I like the option of several cute designs and it makes me less self conscious about wearing them since they are fashionable. I get plenty of questions about them, but in a good way! People love the idea of them and I've convinced several people to give them a try. With all the scans and tests that come with my cancer and chemotherapy, I've found that most of the techs are open to me wearing them during CTs and MRIs after I show them that they are all plastic. I tend to get a little nervous being in close quarters during scans, which doesn't help my nausea, so being able to keep them on definitely helps me. I've pretty much worn them constantly for the last 3 months during my strong course of chemo, so I can verify that they hold up well! My only complaint I have is that the printing/design is wearing off a bit where the band comes over the side of the pressure button (see picture), but for being worn constantly, that's probably to be expected! It's definitely not enough to knock it down a star. Totally worth the price and always handy to keep in your purse for a back up for car sickness! Would be great for kids too. Definitely small enough for them. I'm thinking of getting some for my 5yo whom I recently discovered is prone to car sickness also and a spare for myself. Total win! 5Work great - Look great WIN WIN!!!These work great and are so much more comfortable than sea bands, or any elastic type of bands. You can adjust them to the exact fit and they look so much more stylish! Can even get mistaken for bracelets. Lots of options. I found these when I was enduring morning sickness and wore them all the time! Now I use for car rides, especially if in the back seat and I NEVER get car sick with them on. I even slept in them one night after having one too many cocktails and I think they might have even helped me to stay in bed and not spend the night on the bathroom floor!! 5They worked for meI have never flown before without some type of medication to keep the nausea down, and was unable to take any medication while flying this last time around, so figured why not try these. They are AMAZING. Besides feeling the pressure of the flight, I did not get sick, and these were very comfortable to wear. I have even used them on long car rides where we are on mountain roads that are twisty as well and I can't believe how well they work. After taking them off, you do have marks on your wrists, but small price to pay. Would recommend for anyone to give a try as an alternative to medication. 5
