It reached to just below my collar bone in the back of my neck... just where I needed it. It was well worth the money.5Product Does Not Fit Well to Cover the Cervical SpineThis is a decent product. It gets cold and stays cold for a fair amount of time, but it was not a correct fit to reach my cervical spine/neck. I have a large neck so it is possible that this wrap may work better for someone with a smaller neck, but I am of the belief that it is not properly constructed to treat the area it claims to treat.4Gets Nice and Cold...This neck wrap gets nice and cold - but is very small and probably won't fit comfortably on larger shouldered adults. It would be great if they made it in larger sizes.4Doesn't work wellWhen frozen, it does not lay down well -- should have straps to hold it firmly in place and against the body to be effective. It doesn't stay in place with any kind of movement and also feels like you're being choked at times. Additionally, this cold pack tends to drip when it melts. My other cold packs do not do this.1Was a wonderful solution to the constant cool theray needed.I would recommend this product without any reservations. I moved it to solely to drape over my shoulder (after rotator cuff surgery) and it worked just great.5
