I am shocked at how tasty this protein powder is...I don't usually post reviews because I am always on Amazon buying something...but, I decided to post my thoughts about this protein powder. I was originally going to do Herbalife, as my friend's wife sells it, but, that would have been $183/month. I was having a "cheap" moment and decided to come to Amazon, my site for just about EVERYTHING, and see if I could find a cheaper powder. I went with Her Natural Whey because of the positive reviews...and I AM GLAD I DID!!!!!!!!I was skeptical, at first, but ordered two cans...one for me, and one for my bff who wanted to do the meal replacement as well. I ordered two cans of the Vanilla. I received my order on 6/19 and decided to try it for dinner. I mixed it with skim milk and was super impressed with the taste...IT'S DELICIOUS. I've NEVER had a protein shake/whey that I can say I actually like and look forward to drinking. I even allowed my 15 yo son to try some (he was being nosy) he took a small sip and agreed that it tasted great. I gave the other can to my friend and she texted me the next day like: OMG THIS IS GOOD!!!Yes. Yes, it is!I've since been mixing it with unsweetened Almond Milk and I absolutely LOVE it. I've played around with blending it with ice to give it a thicker, frothy consistency and it's yummy. I also blend it with frozen strawberries to give it a smoothie-like feel and it's AMAZING. It's so good.Mind you, I've only been taking it since the evening of 6/19 and today is the morning of 6/26...I've lost 5.2lbs. Which may just be water weight, but, hey, I like it! LOLI ordered another can this weekend and got it next day. I ordered another vanilla, but I think I am going to order a chocolate...I can't imagine it would taste bad, considering how delicious this one is. If it sucks, I'll just stick to the vanilla, so, not a huge issue.Try it. It's good. Surprisingly. It's the best $24 bucks I've spent on protein shakes, EVER. That's what makes me skeptical. I will keep tracking weight loss and if anything negative pops up, I'll come back and edit! 5LOVE ITI brought this protein powder because I started doing a kickboxing class and they gave us a meal prep plan to follow and an snack was to have a protein shake. Now I have tried some protein powder before and was not happy with the taste at all. So after reading a few reviews I decided to try this one and I'm very impressed. I drink it with almond milk and sometimes I put a banana in and blend it up and it's so good. Will be purchasing this again 5Great taste, ingredients and price!For me, I ve never really found a protein I ve liked outside of Beachbody Shakeology. But all the great reviews (and price) led me here. I really liked how natural everything is and the taste is actually pretty good. It is very comparable to the sugary Shakeology. My only disappointment is that you don t get more.So I like to make my shakes in the morning with coffee and almond milk. With my workout routine, healthy eating, plus these shakes I ve already lost 2.5 pounds in a week (which is a lot for my size). 5Pleasently Surprised!!!?In a quest to start a new year with a healthy lifestyle, I purchased Her Natural Whey. The reviews were great but I did not expect it to be so tasty and non-gritty. I have it twice a day and actually enjoy the taste. Already after using it and combining it with exercise, I have lost 8 lbs in a week. I feel that it helps with my protein intake and I defiantly feel energized. It has a nice light vanilla taste lightly sweetened with stevia. I like that it has stevia instead of the other harmful artificial sweetners. I know that with Her Whey Protein Poweder, I am on my way to a better body and lifestyle. Well worth my money! 5Not bad for protein powderThe protein powder is just ok. The taste isn't bad, I guess it takes time to get used to it. I tried with water and its not as good as with milk. I will probably get low fat milk or an alternative to reduce calorie intake. The package is small but I wasn't surprised as many of the reviews here said that it was a small bottle. The vanilla taste isn't bad so I would recommend it. It does taste like vanilla milkshake. I will try the chocolate version, maybe that will taste better. I would recommend taking this before a workout or after. Someone suggested I add protein powder smoothies. I was hesitant believing that the taste would be unpalatable. I took a chance on Her Natural Whey Protein Powder. My first smoothie made with 8 oz. of skim milk was okay, but almost too sweet. I purchased some unsweetened Almond Milk and added 5 frozen strawberry slices, blended it all up in my Nutri bullet and O.M.G. !!! I'm in love! A delicious strawberry shake that's good for me! I couldn't be more pleased (well, maybe if it was more affordable). I have added Her Natural Whey Protein Powder to my auto ship order. I could LIVE on this stuff. My recommendation??? Buy It !! 5Great tasteThe taste is great, just like vanilla ice cream, and I feel so much better when I have a shake after a run or intense workout. My only concern is the price. The product only has 16 servings, making it pretty expensive. But I find that most products for women, even when using similar ingredients, are automatically more expensive. Apparently there's a premium for having our own products. 4PERFECT Keto FriendlyOkay so this is by far my favorite protein. I follow keto lifestyle and this mean very few carbs for me. This drink is a great consistency and mixes well with only 3 carbs. I add a tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder mix them in unsweetened original almond milk and my drink honestly taste like a rich chocolate shake. It's high in protein low in carbs and calories. PERFECT 5Ive been taking this for about a month now and ...Ive been taking this for about a month now and have seen a difference. I workout 2-3 times a week along with a shake for breakfast and a shake before and after workout. I add fruit to help the taste and also use silk milk for healthier yummier choice. I havent weighed myself just yet but I'm noticing certain areas slimming down. And this was one of the top 5 protein shakes to use while breastfeeding so its a win win 5
