Nice and a little goes a long way ... but very hard to melt. Smells yummy and is creamy, but I didn't realize it really doesn't melt well like coconut and shea. I didn't want to have to flame melt the oil as I've read it can degrade the beneficial properties, so I just used a hand mixer to blend it with the shea and coconut oils. Unfortunately, that was a disaster as I was left with chunky had bits of cocoa butter throughout my otherwise creamy body butter. Very sad. I am going to have to melt the entire butter and let cool in the fridge to make it usable. So that bites. I guess I should have read up more on how best to incorporate cocoa butter into a body butter. 4Buyers Beware! Ordered the exact same product a week apart and got COMPLETELY different items. Solid until body temp. It should quickly melt on the tongue, which it did. Aroma is correct and also taste and texture, good solid large block, easy to cut for crafters also. I highly recommend this product. That it comes from Africa as well is a major plus. But for the products I can use it in, it melts well and holds its texture once it comes back to room temperature. I use cocoa butter in my bakery and always choose the highest quality ingredients. This falls VERY short of even the most mediocre cocoa butters. It's granular. Granular! Do NOT waste your money on this product. 1Good value This product arrived in two chunks. It seemed decent, although it felt a little dry, compared to other cocoa butters I've ordered. It definitely had the cocoa smell, but it didn't seem quite as strong, until after I melted it down to make whipped butters. The texture was good though, in the finished product. I liked that the pieces arrived wrapped, but in a resealable bag, so I don't have to worry about the product drying out too much between uses. This was however, I feel, a great value for the price. I do believe it is authentic product, just possibly a bit older than what I am used to. 4DONT BUY THIS!!!I wish I could give this zero stars! It is dry, crumbly, and looks unsanitary. By the looks of the label and the way it was "packaged", it may have even been returned previously. It is also just shy of a pound, inside the bags, so it doesn't weigh as advertised. Despite what some reviewers experienced, the cocoa butter I recieved was in large chunks, not powdery, and it melted very smoothly and made excellent chocolate. It was not deodorized and smelled amazing, just like fresh cocoa butter should smell.
