These really work and are comfortable enough. The problem I have with these is ...These really work and are comfortable enough. The problem I have with these is the material/leather is slippery with socks so my foot keeps sliding in my shoes. I managed to put it underneath my insole and it was better. I suggest putting a light insole maybe over it after you place it so ybour foot won't slide around when you walk. 4Wonderful pain relief!I wore corrective shoes as a child. They had a specially built heel. I haven't worn them since I was ten years old. I have a lot of trouble with my knee due to arthritis and an old torn maniscus. I've been looking for ways to lessen the pain level and did some research online. My shoes tend to wear on the outside edge of the heel. I saw these heel supports and thought I would give them a try. WOW!!!! What a difference. From the first time I put them in my shoes I have MUCH less knee pain. No burning feeling or anything. I got online and bought four more pairs so I will be able to wear them in all of my shoes. 5My Feet love these insertsThese inserts are amazing. Easy to use - just put them below the foot pad in your shoe and you don't even feel them. The best news is that they work. I used them for a walking trip in Europe (we walked from 10 to 16 Miles every day). They saved the day. I didn't walk out of my shoes and in fact didn't have a bad shoe day the entire time. Instead of being aware of my feet hurting or rolling out of my shoes - I didn't think about my feet. Plus my legs never got tired. The best solution....I will order more just to keep them on hand!!! In love!!! 5Corrected Step and Fit Into Shoe WellI purchased these and have worn them for some time now.On the good side, they definitely correct my step. I can't supinate if I try now. They fit well into the heel of my boots and I don't feel like I have an insole in (some other half-foot insoles really have a strange transition).I am updating this review. I have learned (from the Comments) that there is a dot on the bottom to attach the pad to the shoe. Unfortunately that means you need to buy multiple pairs. fortunately, it means that they stay attached and do not get loose within your shoe.I wish they were available in singles because my podiatrist told me I only supinate on my right foot. I have a useless left foot version. 5Effective, Good Design, Seems DurableAlthough it feels odd walking with this type of insert, the uneven wear on my ballet flats confirmed that I need this. Studies show many people experience this effect as tendons, etc tighten due to age, and the small calluses on the outer edge of my feet are slowly improving, so I know I'm on the right track.Pedag product quality is Excellent, and I expect these inserts to last a long time. Plan to order a 2nd pair to rotate/aerate, even use them in my slippers. 5Works great - does not slide in any of my shoes!So I read a lot of reviews on this item, first reading all the 1 start reviews. I noticed a lot of people complaining that they slide around inside the shoe. I have not had that problem. First, the bottom of the insert has a crosshatch pattern on it that helps provide friction and keep it in place. There is also a sticky circle that you can peel the cover off of and use it to stick to the insole of the shoe. And perhaps another tidbit that may (I am no expert here) help keep these in place is to buy one that is one size bigger than you think. This way, the insert has to be pushed into place and the sides are friction fitted so that it doesn't move.I have had so much success with this insert that after just a few weeks I bought two more. Within 1-2 days I had considerably less pain in my knee and my calves. My feet used to hurt to the point that I would limp at the end of the day and now the end-of-day pain is virtually non-existent.For the price, get a set and try them out and see what you think. I was very skeptical but decided to - glad I did. Will probably order more for my other shoes as well. 5FinallyThese actually work. Call me shocked! I have Charcot Marie Tooth Neuropathy, and one of my symptoms of that is moderate to severe supination of both ankles. My dr wants to put me in braces to control the situation, which after my insurance cost 639 $$.Well, these tiny wonders, placed under my normal insoles and orthotics, are miracle workers. They relieve the pressure in my ankles, the pain in my knee and most helpful for me, the severe, unrelentless pain in my hip! I did have to gradually get use to them. They are very firm so I had to put softer on top of them. I just cannot say enough about these tiny wonders. BTW. Do not waste your money on the 3/4length version of these unless you have tiny feet. Like a size 6.Then you sill need the larger size of them. 4don't leave home without a pairPurchased my first pair elsewhere; found I loved them, but didn't love the price (elsewhere) nor changing from one shoe to the next. So, I purchased several sets; great price, great item, and helps, I think, with preserving my shoe heels. Definitely helps me. Would not think of using anything else. 5Comfortable and Works great in my shoes...will be back for moeI wish I knew about these sooner before I destroyed the outer heels of my Clarks shoes. I tried it in my broken in Jambu Brooks walking shoes, and found them to be very comfortable, surprising me, as it even adds a bit of cushioning to the heel, making my shoes more comfy than before. I don't have them yet, but as a leather hobbyist, I may try to hand sew these under a pair of regular cushioned insoles to solve the slipping problem many have mentioned. The holes are already punched around the perimeter which will make the job even easier. Just thought I'd throw the suggestion out there as an option that may work for some. 5
