Comin back for more Decided to write this review for those on the fence. I was too. Got two of these bad boys and now i want a bunch more. The terry cloth is comfortable and absorbant. I work in the Florida heat so i often ring then out a few times every day...but now I'm thinking just get more so i can rotate em and wash accordingly. Great buy, very happy with them so far and I've been wearing then every day for a month 52 snaps fell off ..... After removing it from the bag, I snapped it together. when unsnapping it, 2 of the snaps fell out of the fabric.This replacement sweatband is a piece of junk.. It's defective and doesn't fit around the suspension straps or headbands of any of the 4 of my hard hats.Even if the snaps had not fallen off, it would fit too loose around the plastic headband it covers.It was made in Pakistan. Perhaps it fits hard hats made there. 1Good product, absorbent and durable. The Terry Toppers Snap on band are a good product. They easily snap onto the suspension of your hard hat. They are pretty absorbent, durable, and thick enough to be comfortable. They are washable and so far I've washed mine twice with no noticeable damage. The only tip I can give is to not use fabric softener when washing or a dryer sheet when drying the pad. I just lay mine out to air dry. Fabric softeners will make the terry cloth repel water instead of absorbing it. 5I don't know how I lived without this With everyday use, the stock foam sweatband in my hardhat had become quite grimy. Repeated removal of the hardness to wash it was starting to wear some of the connection tabs down, and had little effect on removing the grime.With this sweatband, not only is my hat more comfortable, but cleaning it is as easy as unsnapping the liner and throwing it in the washer when I do my weekly laundry. This product has held up well to repeated washing, and I highly recommend it. 5Cheap and Works great This was the second sweatband for my hardhat that I purchased. I work in Saudi Arabia and its constantly 40C and very hot. The first headbands I bought from Amazon were Weldas Sweatsopad Hard Hat Headbands - TWIN PACK. These did not fit in my hard hat...they were too small. Therefore I purchased the Snap-on Terry Topper Bands.The sweatband fits my hard hat (with a little maneuvering). For the price they work great. My only complaint would come from the fact that you have to remove the inner plastic to install this. There needs to be more snaps and/or a place to fit the band inside the hat without taking out the inner shell.Other than that, my eyes are now sweat free and it is very comfortable. 4Plain perfect! Works well in warmer weather , and is even great as a cushion in cooler temps. Will never wear my hardhat without one again! Get a couple so you are not without when you wash one .Fits well in my brand of hardhat(MSA?), so well it's like it was made with it installed . Wish I had them 34 yrs ago when I started wearing hardhats. 5Good value I do not wear my hard hat very often now that im in school, but these sweatbands really make a difference for comfort when it comes to hard hat.Pro:+ Price // $2.99 with free shipping is no problem+ Comfort // Feels much more comfortable than the stock plastic banding.Con:- None. For its price and how little I use hard hats now there is nothing to complain about. 5so\so its not bad i work in a power plant in ny and hate it when its cold out and my forehead it cold and i put a cold hard hat on. i also dont like the sweat dripping off my forehead into my eyes. this product is okay but the end clips dont exactly fit in and it causes a wrinkle in the padding .... not bad though ... 3they do the job I bought three, and one had a snap break the first time I tried to pull it apart. They are a bit loose so you can end up with your hard hat wanting to shift around on you. They work better if you put them over the factor pad, but my head is too big for that and the hard hat starts to rub on the back of my head. Not bad overall, but I don't think I'll by any more. 3Adds comfort to the hard had. Makes the hard hat so much more comfortable. More comfort means more likely to wear it. 5
