now pycnogenolSubstitute for another brand name which had changed the "other ingredients" (Amazon did not update the info) :-( (including something that I cannot digest). Has fewer unnecessary additives. Too early to tell whether it is effective. 3drastically reduced painMy doctor suggested this to help reduce pain resulting from PMS. It worked. I still had pain, but it was much less severe than it was previously. Easting lots of sweet potatoes, bok choy, spinach, beans. Lost thirty pounds without trying. Works for me. I'm good after heart attack and stent. No symptoms. Blood work good. This is part of solution. Since I'm doing whole bunch of things, there's no proof that this was key. Clinical stuff I've read suggests it's part of an effective plan to eliminate peripheral blood clots.
