Love this oil, wouldn't want to be without it. I love, love, LOVE this product. It really helps do away with the pain of arthritis and fibromyalgia, plus it has a pleasant, soft fragrance. I hesitated buying it because the contents listed lavender which I am allergic to ( in the form of dry, cracking skin) but so far it hasn't been a problem. Because of that, I don't use it exclusively, because of daily use, but rotate it with three other products. Awesome, worked for me, worth a try!! 5Now foods does it again! I have had chronic pain for almost 10 years now and and I use this every morning on my back and NOW Solutions, Arnica Warming Relief Massage Oil has been a lifesaver. It takes the edge off for sore muscle relief and my nerve pain. I send it to everyone I know for their pain relief. Yes, it's massage oil and it's oily but it's one of the best products I use for my pain. And I've tried many others that are now sitting in the cabinet. Cheers to Now Foods! 4Great addition to my oils I bought this oil to use with an essential oil pain blend that I had put together. Not sure if the essential oils or the arnica oil were most responsible, but it worked so well. Had a great night sleep without the pain! I used it in a roller bottle and it came out smoothly. It also rubbed in well. The "warming" affect was only slight for me. 5Five Stars Use this after fasciablasting when bruises develop. Helps them heal quickly. Will repurchase. 5Blended with fragrance oils... Several added fragrances. It smells nice, but I really wanted something pure. Vanilla fragrance smells nice, but it detracts from my purposes to use with Essential Oils.NOTE: It's MY fault. I should have read the description more carefully.UPDATE: last week I got in a rush and whacked my finger pretty hard. I could see it starting to bruise and swell immediately, so I grabbed the arnica oil and promptly rubbed it on the area. Within hours, the swelling had gone down, the discoloration didn't get any worse, and the next day, I could barely tell I had injured it. 4Amazing for nerve pain! I can not express how awesome this stuff is. My husband suffers from terrible neuropathy nerve pain in his feet. This oil is the only thing we have found that provides relief. After I rubbed his feet the first time he said he couldn't believe it. I am ordering 5 more bottles right now. Some for stocking suffers. 5Warmth and Comfort for Pain Relief If you have any circulation issues this is the best massage oil ever. Warms your muscles and improves circulation. I bring it to PT with me and my therapist uses it on me and it's far more comforting than the cooling gels like biofreeze etc that make me shiver and cold. Occasionally I add ginger and lemon essential oils to it for even more warmth. It's wonderful. 5More than just a great massage oil. Love the smell and light weight feel of this oil. I don't feel a significant warning effect when I apply it but I do typically slather this all over after I shower. It leaves my skin glowing, soft and wonderfully scented. I get compliments on how I smell when I use this oil. Great price too!! I will definitely continue to order this again and again. 5Fascia blastingI use this when I fascia blast and it works very well. The oil does not absorb easy on my skin, you only need a little bit and it gets my skin red fast.5Pleasant scent used for fascia blastingI mixed this with Fractionated Coconut Oil to use with a fascia blaster. I LOVE the scent. It is isn't too fragrant, but is pleasant. I didn't use it without dilution, but I did not feel any warming effect.5Smells Nice and Works....enough said. Smells great. Works on my arthritis and other pain in my hands, knees, back, shoulders and belly(once a month)...I use it on my senior Mom as well. 5Best massage oil I've ever tried, and that's an honest opinion I just used this oil at my massage therapist instead of their oil and it was awesome! It was the perfect amount of friction, warming and a little went a really long way! It was a by far the least amount of of oil used for a massage ever in my travels yet provided the exact perfect feel for from beginning to end. The fact that it's slightly warming and has Arnica in it is honestly just about side bonus at this point, although Arnica is why I chose this one in the first place. I'll definately buy this again as needed. 5
