I recommend trying it This essential oil is fantastic in my honest opinion. It's very relaxing and not overwhelming. A tiny bit goes a long way. My son has ADHD and Asperger's. He's always struggled to relax before going to sleep but this really helps his mind to calm down. He also uses a weighted blanket but it definitely makes a difference using this oil as well. I just put a tiny bit under his nose and he loves it. I highly recommend it. 5Addicted to my bed! This oil is amazing! On my oil diffuser and omg! The household call this sleepy time! Everyone sleep so well, well rested and addicted to the bed!And ppl noticed i am well rested!Lots of complimentsAlso it opens up ur chi! 5Sleep with REM! For a good night sleep this oil is the best. I have used others and I sleep okay but when I use this I sleep like a rock and dream again. Love it! Lovely fragrance lingers in my bedroom. Its just plain nice. The little things that make me happy. 5Good quality for the $$ These oils are comparable in quality to brands like Plant Therapy, but at a more affordable price and free shipping. I like the blends the best. I use the Good nite to diffuse in my 2-year old's room at bedtime, and also tried the Balance and Mental Clarity blends for meditation and work, all with great results. Highly recommend. 5Smells good. Smells really good but you need to use a bit more of the oil to get the sent smelling strong with a diffuser. Typically about 15-20 drops where as some are 8-10 maybe 15 max 4Smells Like a Good Sleep This oil has a very nice smell. I've tried a few 'nighttime' variants but I enjoy this one the best. I leave it on in my diffuser for an hour or so at bedtime and maybe I'm crazy, but I think it actually helps me have a peaceful sleep, esp on nights when my mind is stressed and worrying about various nonsense before bedtime. 5Use them almost daily My kids keep getting cold this season so a friend suggested these essential oils and I'm so grateful that she did. Not only can you diffuse them you can dilute the in a bath or rub them in directly through massage. The breathe easy one and eucalyptus ones are really helping with the colds and coughs. They also help with fevers and fight off infection. We even sleep better and feel more relaxed. I would recommend them to any household. 5Nice smell but have to use to much to get it. I love this smell at bedtime, and the price isn't too bad; the only problem is you have to use so much of it get the smell in the room. The quantity of product you have to use to achieve the result you want makes this not cost effective. 5Not Bad I am used to using oils purchased from amazon. I was looking for a calming, mellow, almost tranquil oil to diffuse before bed. Unfortunately the smell is so strong its not as soothing as I was hoping for. I still diffuse it in my home. But, this is not an ideal oil to diffuse while sleeping. 5Scent is non existent once out of the bottle Really disappointed in this oil. It smells okay, but not like other sleep oils like I was expecting. Once I put it in the diffuser I don't smell anything. I wanted to return it and get something else but it won't allow. This was a total waste of money - stick with a trusted brand. I wanted to try something new but will be sticking to Eden's Garden. 1
