QualityI like it this coffee5Four Starsok4Beware though of narrow margin on filter material.Revised review:After more time with these pods and yet another burst pod after brewing I am lowering the rating to three stars.Although normally the pods do survive their use, the issue of the pod covering just bursting open is not something we should have to contend with.Pro: This is a flavorful coffee. You will enjoy cup after cup!! Good price!Con: I should point out one minor drawback to these E.S.E. pods... the paper filter material does not extend as far out from the coffee as many other pods. (see photo. the Montedoro is on the left). I suppose they don't want to waste material. The problem is that this leaves little margin for error in the manufacturing process, and if the coffee compartment gets just a little bit off-center, it gets dangerously close to the edge. I have had several pods where the edge was so close that they burst open before even loading in my machine (making them unusable), and another that opened up as I took it out after making a cup of coffee. The failures are rare, but I have not seen this with other brands.3Satisfied, espesially for the price!These are definitely a bargain, but I was a little disappointed by the lack of crema from pods that are supposed to contain a 50% robusta blend; one of the reasons for including robusta, besides the caffeine, is for crema, but the arabica blend pods I have used in my machine have produced notably more crema than these. Nonetheless, I am overall very satisfied, especially at the very low per-pod price.4
