Yes, Yes, Yes1) Buy the bag2) Open it, stick your nose in, and breathe deeply. My oh my, what a beautiful combination of scents.I haven't hot-steeped this yet, as I'm fond of cold-steeping. Boy oh boy do I love this, though.Worth noting, this is the first Earl Grey I've ever had. I trusted Mighty Leaf because they make such an incredible green (tropical). They did not fail me.I've ordered 2 lbs. now, and will likely order a few more pounds of it if this silly quarantine keeps up.FYI: Peet's Coffee apparently bought Mighty Leaf some time ago, well before I tried this Earl Grey for the first time. If you used to buy direct from Mighty Leaf and are worried that Peet's is ruining things... I can't authoritatively say that they aren't, but I can say this is some amazing tea and that I would be surprised if you didn't like it. Great tasting, consistent quality products. I just wish the teabag string was a little longer. It s a little too short for mugs and so I don t feel the teabag releases as much color and flavor unless you leave it for a while...but then have to reheat. That s the only reason I took one star off.4TastyDon't over brew. The label says 4 min and every time i brew the tea longer it gets bitter and nasty. If anything error a little bit under their recommendation. You can ruin a wonderful tea by over brewing it so if your results are poor try shorting your brew.The tea is good, i don't have much experience with Early Grey so i can't compare to any other tea's. I will say that this tea is not bitter tasting to me and is one of my persona favorites. Comparing this tea to a loose leaf tea may not be fair, after all it is still a teabag, but comparing it to the offerings at a supermarket it takes the cake. The bags are made of mesh and the leaves inside are not crushed and powered. This is probably about as close to whole leaf tea as you can get with the convince of tea bags.This product can often be found on the manufacturer's website for $50 after shipping, so if you are paying more than that search elsewhere.4Good quality, good dealOne of the brands of tea that I buy for the office. Most of the people like it, but honestly I think the flavor is not strong enough. I like earl grey tea in general because of the flavor and I just don't taste it here. But the quality is good and if you will buy many of them at once the price is way better than if you buy a pack of 15.4Medicinal tasteI have been buying ML Earl Grey for a long time. It has been my favorite since I first tried it. i will never buy it again. I do not know what happened, but instead of an essence of bergamot oil that is all you can smell or taste. At least I assume that is what it is since there are only two ingredients listed. It is so strong there is no taste or smell of tea at all. I took two small sips and still feel slightly queezy. Had my husband smell it to make sure it wasn't me, and he agreed that it was nasty smelling.1Added color makes teeth yellow/brown!Recently Added color darkens teeth! I switched to a different brand and my teeth are back to normal!ML used to have really high standards! Not anymore!2High quality, great aroma, very consistentIt has been my experience that Mighty Leaf produces great products. They're not inexpensive, and I don't want them to be. After all, those who value quality know it must come at a price for preservation they are prepared to pay. The leaves are large, the bergamot aroma is robust, yet delicate, and provided you stick to: a proper water temp (195 ) tea:water ratio (1t to 6oz) a vessel that allows the tea room to open up and a 4-minute timerand you, too, can appreciate a predictable depth of flavor, free of bitterness, over and over... Good stuff that "My Tea Leaf." Life is short. Just place your order, brew and pot and enjoy.4
