Coming up on cookie baking season and out of it.5Great for chocolate mint brownies!I love this flavoring. I use it instead of vanilla in my brownies. My husband LOVES Andes Mints, so the mint brownies are a favorite of his. I substitute exactly the same amount of the emulsion as for the vanilla. I have done the same thing with spritz cookies for a mint flavored cookie.5Very strong - slightly different tasteVERY strong compared to extract....which I knew, but I just have to be really careful. And, it's a slightly different taste to what I'm used to with extract.
