Wonderfully fragrant for my diffuser!! I love the lemongrass essential oil!! This product has a wonderfully pungent fragrance!! I use it in my diffuser and it has my whole house smelling refreshing like a health spa!!! I'm not an essential oil expert by any means, but it smells very strong and my mix killed fleas on contact. The fleas haven't come back and it's been sitting in my bathroom drawer for probably 5 months now untouched. Yesterday, I open the drawer and the bottle is on its side with the rubber dropper melted off. About half the bottle leaked into my bathroom cabinet drawer. It runied some of the finish and got all over everything and is apparently quite abrasive, it burned off the label of another oil and melted the words together on a conditioner. It also smells INCREDIBLY strong, going in my bathroom is nausea inducing. I think it's still a reputable product, but I wish they put more thought into their packaging since my other essential oils are all fine. 2Excellent product, excellent value! As for customer service, one of the bottles didn't come even though the tracker said it was shipped, Up-Nature sent me a replacement immediately, and I received within a couple of days.
