Comes in a regular cardboard boxWell I don t like how the 50ct comes in a regular shipping box as is. So good thing I didn t throw away my old Tully s boxes, so now I ll just have to refill the old boxes as I go. I d rather have them in their Tully s boxes because I have to buy in bigger quantities for my work place. And then in one of the 50 boxes, a single k cup had gotten smashed in there somehow and got coffee grounds all over the rest of the cups, which I had to clean off each cup. Which was annoying.3Better Than Peete's or Starbucks!I only drink bold coffee, but as we all know, for K-Cups it's hard to find really BOLD coffee that is not going to taste watered down, then I decided to try this one. I brew Medium Size and it's PERFECT (I have never brewed the large size because I don't drink that much coffee at once for it gets cold, so I rather do 2 mediums) Trust me, I used to grind my own coffee and go through all that BS to get a good tasting coffee....NOT ANYMORE, this coffee is honestly the best coffee I've ever had, the only k-cup I re-ordered.Peete's Coffee Major Dickason's blend is a contender but that one is way too bitter, bold shouldn't mean bitter you know. But that's a solid runner up, Starbucks French & Sumatra don't even come close to this, I love their coffee houses but they couldnt get it right for the K-Cups.I really love Tully's and the fact that it's so affordable makes it that much more interesting!5Your Bitter Brew May Just Be OldI think Deals Plus tried to pull a fast one! There was no Best Used By Date on the boxes as usually provided by other suppliers; upon further examination of the coffee pods in the box many, if not most, had Best Used By Dates of July 2018 which means those pods were probably close to two years old!The coffee that Deals Plus boxed and shipped is OLD!!! Period. That s unacceptable! Who wants old coffee?1Great Coffee at a great priceI really enjoy the Keurig coffee maker my daughter gave us, but once the generous supply of various makes and flavors of coffee were expended, we we looking for what we liked best. My wife likes "weak" or mild coffee, while I like somewhat darker roast flavors. We found Tully's Italian Roast on Amazon at a great price and readily ordered. It was a great decision, but I have found that to make my perfect cup of coffee in a size that fits my favorite travel mug, I first make a large, then reuse the same coffee pod/cartridge to brew a small size. It not only fills my cup to the proper level, but smooths out the Italian blend to just the right mix of coffee kick and warm morning goodness. On days that I need the full stoutness of the rich dark roast, I give it a single brewing and feel rightfully fortified for the day ahead.5HouseBlend is a PERFECT Medium Roast Extra Bold for Coffee Lovers!My search for decent coffee has been a rough one. I kept trying all of these fancy coffees, or stronger blends, Konas, flavored, etc.... Tully's House Blend is the best coffee I've had and continues to receive house guest compliments and requests for another (and another) cup!I've had trouble finding a good "Medium Roast Extra Bold" coffee that stands to the description. The search has only enhanced my already somewhat snobbish coffee tastebuds... Medium Roast should NOT mean Light Roast. Extra Bold does NOT mean watered down Strong Roast, which is what I felt I kept drinking. I want my coffee to be smooth, robust, not-burnt tasting, not bitter, not pre-sweetened- Just a simply delicious coffee taste-- (This is also why I prefer Coffee Bean to Starbucks). And FINALLY, I found it!I've had the Donut Shop Med Roast Extra Bold - meh, I've tried Tully's Hawaiian Blend - not bad but a lighter taste, and Tully's Italian Blend which is also not bad, but not as robust. None of these compared.The HouseBlend is the winner. So simple. HouseBlend. If you love coffee (GOOD coffee, you know what I mean). Then get this one. I don't even need to add sugar, just a little half and half because I love the flavor on its own so much.5I Got Issues With ThisThis was my mistake, I should have looked at the description of this product before I ordered. Not getting these in the manufactured packaging is a BIG concern of mine. I feel that these are all old, which is why they are only good until March 20, 2019. I ordered these on Feb 1, 2019 got them on Feb 2, 2019. I quickly returned, I think these are from damaged boxes during manufacturing (which is why they were NOT in their original manufacturing boxes) these were all thrown in a plain box. Some of the lids appear to be dented and deformed. If they were fresh the lid would have a nice rounded top1st ) could these items be defective in the manufactured process ? which is why they are not in their packaging2nd) are these outdated? (anyone can make a label on the outside of the carton/box "Best By Date" This is NOT the manufacturer's date.We as consumers should question this. If you look for the "Tully's French Roast Dark Roast" the label has changed which makes me think that these could be old. You have no way of knowing WITHOUT the original packaging that they come in.I have been very disappointed with the some of these sellers on Amazon. Anyone can sell you something and skew these reviews and get a consumer to purchase their products. We are always looking for a deal, which is what I did. It's my mistake I should have read the description a bit closer1Love itLove it...Very very nice...Great flavor......One of my favorites for sure, although I do have quite a few favs I really like....Which is cool...Something awesome and different every cup I make....I see some reviews talk about the kcups either arriving damaged or bursting open when used leaving grinds everywhere....I have yet to have 1 single kcup come apart during use....no grinds to clean..no grinds in cup...makes a great cup every brew...Oddly, I have had a few issues with opening a new box in this 'type of packaging' with 50 kcups all loose in the box and finding 1 or 2 damaged with grinds in the box...no biggie at all...a 3 minute call to amzn and they ship you another box right away while letting you keep the original box (they should since it cant be re-sold and it does take time cleaning the grinds off the rest of the kcups)....but oddly, i've not had a problem with tullys italian getting damaged in this type of packaging.....anyway, a really great coffee....wonderful flavor, perfect balance....drinking a cup right now.....5Good Strong Wholsome Blend At A Fair PriceWhen I received a Keurig coffee maker as a gift this past Christmas, I was excited. That is until I realized that the cups are not only very expensive, but that it's near impossible to get a really strong cup of brew out of the damn thing in my opinion. A whole passel of flavors and brands came with the machine and I tried them all. The only ones that had enough kick to them to remind me of my old drip coffee maker was either something that advertised itself as extra bold, or a good french roast. I've been on a pilgrimage ever since to find the strongest brew at at a good price. This Tully's blend is not only one of the very best, but it also comes at a very fair price. Not only is it a nice strong brew, but it has a lot of flavor to it that to me really sets it apart from many I have tried. In fact whether you like your coffee strong or not, I would say this is just about the most flavorful blend I have tried since getting this new machine. The only thing that is keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is the fact that sometimes towards the end of the cup and can taste a little bitter. But with all the weak, flavorless, colored water brews that I have tried with my Keurig, I will well put up with a little bitterness at times for the extra strength and taste. And just remember, the bitterness thing is just my opinion as a real coffee fanatic. You may just not taste anything at all but its great flavor. Very much recommended for its strength, full bodied flavor, and fair price... : )4Good coffee, poor packaginglove this coffee, packaging was awful. Will not buy here again. Hope you have better luck. My first review of this product was censored for some crazy reason. Not sure who was working behind the curtains that day. Hopefully this one makes it.2Great Tasting and affordableAddicted to this brand and found this coffee fresh, bold and unbitter.The delivery was super fast and my only complaint is it came in an unmarked box meaning I felt I had to count. But the count was right on & for the savings I'm not complaining so will order again. This coffee being bold but with no aftertaste is one I never tire of it. Everyone who tries this loves it. I find if I brew a small cup makes excellent iced coffee or warm latte. My coffee maker does have size options so considering cost of lattes my homemade version using liquid stevia/almond milk is money saving plus healthy. I have used both plain/flavored stevia and my coffee flavor stays true. All in all addicted and loving every cup.I am adding to review ordered a few days ago and a super charged delivery this was in original package this time and I am a very satisfied customer. Fresh cup in hand while I write this!5
