Needless ambiguity in sizingI wear size 12 man's shoes; so I ordered a size 12-14 insert. The insole that arrived was wider then the outside width of my running shoes. However, earlier, I bought a set of size 8 women's insole for my wife, that fit perfectly. I am in the process of returning mine for a refund. This could probably be avoided, if the length and width for each insole were specified, when a size is chosen. 2These work great and are thinThese work great and are thin. They fit well in my running shoes. They provide the support I need while running. Unlike some of the Walmart brands I have tried. 5These are great. I'm a seriously flat footed over pronated runnerThese are great. I'm a seriously flat footed over pronated runner. I started experiencing some tendonitis from my long runs. After adding these to my shoes, no more tendonitis issues! The insert is rigid and the arch is high which is exactly what I need to correct my over pronation. These are very similar in contour to a professionally made set of custom orthotics that I have. 5Great insoles, an intelligent and useful implementationI like the quality (the material) and the shape of the product. However, if I would be the designer of these insoles, for the shoes-sizes that are larger I would make the arch-curve part - a little bit (like 4-5 mm) HIGHER to better support the arch, and 4-5 mm longer that very area.I would also supply a recommendation for a type of a glue to use at the hill-area (to keep insoles unmovable) that would not have a heavy and a toxic smell.Among all insoles that exist - dozens of them - these are THE BEST. 5I little wide to fit some of my shoes, ...I little wide to fit some of my shoes, so I dipped into boiling water and reshaped the heel cup. 5Good arch supportGood arch support, but little flexability.
