Excellent if you have leg or foot cramps.I've used these for year and will continue doing so. This is one product that works. I have diabetes, and have tried a number of products, but this still works the best. Two under the tongue ends pain in about a minute! Hope it helps you like it does me. 5Works surprisingly wellI know it's homeopathic, but this actually works. And not the placebo effect either. I have no faith in homeopathic remedies. If my liver is not at risk from using it, I doubt its efficiency :-)But after three nights in a row of savage calf and thigh cramps, my mother gave me these to try. They actually worked. You can take them when a cramp hits or just before going to bed to prevent cramps. You do not wake up with a sleeping pill hangover. 5It works!Didn t believe it would work but decided to give it a try anyway. Big surprise ...... it works! I take 3 every night before bed. In the 3 months I ve been taking them I ve only been awakened twice with leg cramps. Prior to taking them I was up several nights per week with severe leg and foot cramps. I m not a believer in holistic medicine but this really works! 5Night Time Leg and Foot Cramp ReliefIf you sometimes wake up in the middle of the night with severe leg or foot cramps, these little pills will help give speedy relief and let you get back to sleep. They also have a version that you can take before bedtime that will let you sleep cramp free all night. 5Too little is made known about Magnesium deficiency.I tend to have night leg cramps for years which used to be controlled with just a glass of tonic water before bedtime. (Tonic water contains a small amount of quinine --which we can no longer get from the pharmacy). When I needed more, I added one leg cramp pill with the tonic water. When I lately had what felt like nerve pains down my legs for many days in a row as well as half a dozen leg cramps per night which prevented me from sleeping (I also have spinal stenosis) I decided to take 2 leg cramp pills before bedtime. Miraculously all my nerve pains disappeared the next morning. I found out later that Magnesium deficiency can give leg cramps and nerve pains among other things. Worth looking into if you find yourself with the above symptoms. 5No more leg cramp at anytimeI suffer from night leg cramp when I m sleeping they wake me up with terrible pain they last me 15 minute or more So now with this pills before I go to bed I put three pills under my tongue Because I m a big woman An I have a good night sleep. But also if I get a leg cramp during the day I will take them it stop the leg cramp fast. Just because it say night it doesn t means u have to take them at night if u need relief in the day time to. 5DisapointedThey say they are for PM so I was hoping they would work thu the night to the am. The day "Leg Cramps" actually work better. This morning I woke up early with bad leg cramps, going back to the day ones, they work most of the time thru the night into the morning. If they do act up, it is very mild, not enough to jump out of bed and do a dance on the bedroom floor, like I had to this morning on the PM pills!! 2Great Sleep No CrampsI just swallow these with my drink, so I don t even know if they have a flavor. I try to remember to take two every night before bedtime and they prevent leg/toe cramps as well as help me sleep. Great product. 5Yup, they workThey actually work and even help me sleep. Geez, I'm getting old. I'm told leg cramps are caused by dehydration, still these help a lot. 5They work great for me!I have used the non-PM dissolvable tabs and since I was having foot surgery wanted to try the stronger ones. I keep them in my nightstand and if l wake up with cramps l take them (3-4) and they usually subside in 30 minutes or so. 5
