Tastes like distilled water because IT ISI made the mistake of purchasing this product solely based on the reviews without doing my usual due diligence and clearly ended up wasting my money. I was shocked to find that this liquid has virtually no taste, just like distilled water.I tested with my TDS meter and this water has less TDS at 20 than the Smartwater (vapor distilled with minerals added for taste) that tests at 23. I thought perhaps it would at least be alkaline, but NOPE the PH test shows it is on the acidic side at 5.75!Seriously, the water has less healing property than a single shake of unrefined sea salt!This is distilled water with virtually no minerals and you're undoubtedly paying for clever marketing and shipping cost.Plain old inexpensive distilled water just might help some people with GERD or Acid Reflux symptoms and some medical professionals prescribe distilled water to their patients.Also google "fractionally distilled Aloe + placebo" -"What is fractionally distilled Aloe Vera Juice?Some Aloe Vera companies fractionally distill their Aloe Vera Juice removing the biologically active solids leaving pure water. It has been PROVEN that all of the beneficial components of Aloe Vera Juice are in the biologically active solids. Tastes like water but purer. Has no taste. You re welcome. 5Fortunately, I had it in my fridge still when ...I bought this for a friend who had an ulcer to help heal it because my Mother gave me this to heal mine. Totally healed it! Fortunately, I had it in my fridge still when my one year old granddaughter decided to grab a halogen bulb that had been on for 3 hours. I immediately filled a bowl with this and she voluntarily immersed her hand in it. This resulted in 2nd degree burns which blistered all over her little palm and fingers. three doctors and 6 days later, took her to a plastic surgeon fearing the worst and he was amazed at how it had healed in such little time. I applied it on a bandage at night and wrapped it for a couple more nights, and I believe this is what healed her burns so quickly.
