Totally provide the arch support our 7-year-old son needed!I read all the reviews before purchasing these inserts for our 7-year-old son. About a year earlier, he was complaining of foot pain for months. We finally took him in for X-rays and the doctor informed us that he needs better arch support. He told us to only buy our son New Balance sneakers, because they provide excellent support, unlike many of the "cooler" sneaker brands that we had been buying for him (Nike, Puma, Converse). So we did and the problem immediately went away. We were so happy that it was such an easy fix. But I was slightly bummed that he didn't have the style of sneakers that looked so cute on him (fashion mom). Still, no brainer, he was no longer in pain. But after more than a year of only New Balance, I started wondering what I could do to put him in some other brands. That's when I started researching inserts. After all the reviews, I bought these.A good 3 months later, I can report that these really work! He's wearing high tops and hasn't had one issue! I think it took him about 10 minutes to get used to having the inserts in, and I never heard another word. They totally correct any lack of arch support in standard sneakers. And the beautiful thing is, they are removable. You can take them out of one pair and put them in another. We are thrilled with these. 5Major design flawI ordered these insoles for my 8 yrs. old son with high hopes and expecations, however these insoles have a MAJOR design flaw i.e. they keep sliding within shoes which makes it very uncomfortable, my son hated these and literally threw in just 2 days after trying these. I dont know how this product can get such a high rating. I DO not recommend this product and would suggest buying something else. 1Almost no arch support..Not enough arch support. These are almost flat all the way across, didn't improve my daughters posture at all. Bummer :( 1It made my daughter s pain go awayMy daughter has uneven leg by small amount. Her was a pain scale of eight, nine and some days even 10 when she wore dress shoes. She was supposed to see an orthopedic doctor and was being treated by chiropractors which her pain would only go down to a seven and be gone after two days of treatment. Now I really hear you complain of any pain and if so it s usually because she wore something without the arch supports. She really likes them and says they re super comfy. Her favorite fun benefit is finally felling as tall as the rest of the kids and able to touch the ground so she can learn to ride her bike. That s really about her pain being gone.These are as good as what her Dr wanted for her for half the price. 5Great OrthoticThis product is great! My 8 year old son loves playing soccer but would complain of knee and ankle pain. Anatomically he is flat footed and slightly pigeon toed and with shoes made today with not much support we researched about orthotics. We ordered this product and arrived as expected. My son said they felt great in his shoes and are really comfortable even while playing soccer. I would love to order another pair to keep one in sneakers and one in cleats. So far no complaints of pain and we would recommend this product to family and friends, thanks 5life saving inserts!I am writing this review because I think it might solve the problem of another mom like me and another child like my daughter.I remember days and nights that my daughter was crying in pain and i felt so hopeless because I couldn't do anything for her, and nobody even knew what is wrong with her right foot and leg.My daughter felt pain in her right foot and leg for about 2 years, and the pain was getting worse.I showed her to many different doctors, I searched the internet for days and days to find the reason, I requested the doctors to test her forvitamin D deficiency, leukemia, and juvenile arthritis, and thank God all the tests were negative.I ask her doctor to do an X-ray, everything was normal.Until finally one doctor told me it might be because of her shoes, buy a pair of shoes with arch support for her.I couldn't find good shoes with arch support for children in our town, and finally I found these online.believe it or not, from the very first time that my daughter used this inserts in her regular shoes, she is feeling much better.The pain is alleviated, and I am so happy. 5easy for my flat footed 6 yo.My 6 year old daughter uses these in her boots for more support. She's completely flat footed and complained about her legs hurting when she wears fashion boots. I don't put them in her stride rites or gym shoes as they have better support to begin with. She doesn't complain anymore about leg pain and she rotates them between 3 pairs of boots, shoes and can do it by herself. Sometimes one will slide forward as she puts her foot in, but she readjusts it just fine on her own. 5Life changer for a tip- toerMy son has had a tip toe-ing problem since he began walking. We have taken him to doctor after doctor and orthopedic surgeon, physical therapy, everything you can imagine and nothing seemed to help. This past november he had his 6 year physical and he saw a different pediatrician who in 2 seconds could tell .. whalla, he was just super flat footed and needed more arch support to walk without pain. I immediately ordered these on amazon and he has used them every single day since. He LOVES them and I cannot even believe how much the tip toe-ing is not even a concern anymore. It is actually rare and occasional. Even without wearing the insoles. These are a life safer and at the mere cost of about $20-$25 i think we paid? Especially compared to the thousands we spent in physical therapy. Needless to say: 5 stars! 5Effective!Our daughter had recently been experiencing knee pain while at school and during her figure skating practice. So much so that she did not want to skate because of the pain. Thinking it was a strength or connective tissue imbalance, I did a postural assessment (I am a fitness professional) and found that she was an over-pronator. After adjusting her ankle positioning, she was able to move through squatting and other actions without pain.I wanted to find a cost effective insert that we could use to see if it would help. These footminders have done the trick! After a couple of days of arch soreness while adjusting, she is knee pain free. We even did a Valentines 5k yesterday with no knee or foot pains...just race fatigue...hehe.Thanks! 4Excellent product and customer serviceMy daughter was complaining about leg aches and I realized it was probably from her arches. I had to get specially made ones when I was a kid, and thereafter. I remember the same pain and looked into several types of arch supports. These had the best reviews. So far, she's only had them 3 days, but she hasn't complained about her legs or feet aching. She did say they feel weird, but she's getting used to them being in all her shoes. Definitely worth the money and the company follow-up is amazing! Thank you for reaching out. 5
