Decent SolutionI ALWAYS have the issue of getting blisters on the back of my heel/ankle due to new shoes. Every time I wear a new pair or put on shoes I haven't worn in a while I end up tearing up my skin and bleeding all over (shoes included). I started a new job and bought a pair of flats. As per usual the flats began to irritate the back of my heel/ankle and I knew I needed to do something. I bought these and put them right on the inside of the shoe where my foot always rubs. I found that these really reduced the friction I was experiencing and helped with any pain. I will say that one side seemed to work a lot better than the other for me but that may have been due to the way I applied them. I think these are a good option for shoes that rub. A bit pricey, but better than blood stained shoes! 4Great! I had a lovely pair of Cole Haan ...Great! I had a lovely pair of Cole Haan oxfords that were previously unwearable. They fit me well, but the heel was so stiff it would give me immediate blisters. I was worried these would make the shoes too tight, but they still fit great and my heels don't budge when I'm walking. I wear these without socks (I use terry inserts instead). You just have to be careful to not knock them off when you put your shoes on. You need to use a shoe horn or your fingers. Once on, they seem solid. I've already worn them a bunch of times, and they don't show any signs of coming off. 5Much better. I don't walk out of them nowI have a pair of high heels that are about a half size too big and these made them fit even a little snug. Much better. I don't walk out of them now! 5These work better than other brands I ve triedThese work better than other brands I ve tried, but they have the same problem as the others- the curvature doesn t end up evenly along the back of the shoe; the sides curve upward and are visible unless you place the midpoint below where one would want the cushion to actually cushion. Adapted them by cutting in a small pie shaped notch at the bottom of the middle. That allows it to lie flat against the heel of the shoe. They re a little more expensive, but worth it because of the superior cushioning. 4DOES THE JOBthe backs of a new pair of shoes kept slipping causing blisters. So instead of returning the really cute shoes, I put these inserts in & it certainly gets the job done. I notice that i have to guide my foot into the shoe with my finger to hold the pad in place, but that's just sensible as they are not actually part of the shoe. I know over time they will wear out, so I'll order a couple more pairs of these. 4Have you ever heard your feet say, "Ahhhhhhhh..."? Buy Foot Petals and they will!Love Foot Petals. They truly take away foot discomfort and pain in all the foot pressure points and last a long time. My heels ALWAYS blister and bleed WHENEVER I wear canvas sneakers (even with socks). After placing this at the very top of the heel (The top of the cushion is aligned with the top of the heel of the sneaker), the sock didn't rub, the shoe stopped flip-flopping and no more oozing, bleeding blisters! Great product; great quality. 5Fancy FlopJust so-so. I purchased these 2" pointed block heels. They are very cute, but I haven't been able to wear them since my feet slip out each time I try to walk in them. I bought these hoping they'd do the job. The shoes I bought are size 11, I usually wear a 10-10.5 women's normal width. These shoes are just a little too big. I can put my first knuckle of my index finger down in the back of the heels. These fancy feet have two problems for me. 1) They are a bit too slippery. The material feels like a smooth rubber/foam that likes to slide on my skin. 2) They are very, very thin. I didn't measure, but I would say they are 1/5 " thick,, maybe less. If you are looking for an insert to help with slight slipping or you want a snugger shoe go for these. If you shoe is .5 or a whole size larger than you are, look for other inserts that are a little thicker. 3Not what I expectedNot exactly what I was looking for. I wanted heel cushions that were thicker to help my shoes stay on well. These are very thin and flimsy. 2Life saver!These are a life saver! I love canvas shoes, but they don't love me. I keep trying different kinds in hopes they won't give me blisters on the back of my heel, but it happens no matter what. I can wear high top chucks with no problem, but the low top version kills the back of my heels. I've tried wearing them with and without socks, with band-aids on my heels and helped. I now have multiple pairs of Converse, Vans, and Keds that are just sitting in my closet begging to be worn.I finally did some googling and found these, and I can't believe how well they work! I can finally wear all of my canvas shoes! I purchased one pair to test them out, but now I'm going to be ordering them for all of my canvas shoes. 5Stopped one high heel from slipping off.Purchased new high heels and tried them on with thin socks at the store and they fit perfect. When I got home and tried them with stockings one heel was too big and would slip off when I walked. Shoes were perfect otherwise, so I sent for these pads hoping it would be just enough to keep the left shoe on my foot when walking. Hallelujah, it worked perfectly. Completely undetectable and easy to apply. I ve only worn them once, but danced all night in them and no slippage whatsoever. Very happy. 4
