Nice for carrying with you.I bought these to put my husband's afternoon medication in so we would have it with us. I tried to put his evening medication in one as we were going to be on the road and the larger round pills got stuck and then we couldn't get them out. This works well for small pills and capsules but not for larger round pills. 4Handy to have and use.Very handy to have. As we all get older we have need to take medications - it's a part of life for many. Or maybe you just like to carry some aspirin or something to have handy. Either way - well built and you can take the key ring off if you just want to carry it in your pocket or purse. I kept a couple and passed the rest out to others I know and they all like them a lot. 5Four StarsGood for geocaching. 4OK, but too big for most of you?I will return these because they are way too fat for normal pills. Maybe for horse pills or almost big enough for ear plugs or something? I wanted something smaller, like the nice VANSU Titanium ones I got from Amazon. I did like these colors (and they seem durable, though they are thin aluminum instead of titanium. But not made for normal pills. 3works greatThe keychains are small, if you have really large pills you won't get too many in, but I bought them so my dad would have a spare of his morning and evening meds with him always, and having them has prevented him from missing doses a handful of times in the last few months. I highly recommend for that purpose. They come in what seems a random assortment of colors, like others have mentioned, so don't get your heart set on exactly what is in the picture.
