Horrible! The instructions are in Chinese and poorly written ... Horrible! The instructions are in Chinese and poorly written in English. I could not figure out how to work this. Returning. 1Good Medication Box. Top could be designed better for durability I primarily use this as an medication organizer, and not as a "security box." It does a great job of organizing my medications, both prescription and over the counter. The smaller section which is split into 3 can fit 2 standard prescription bottles per cell. It's very light weight.If you're concerned about theft, this product isn't for you. But no case will really prevent that because it can just be taken and opened later with tools.I wish there were side handles because the top is only secured by the lock. This means that when you hold it, you're pulling it by the lock. As an engineer, I'm concerned about this part of the design, because it puts a lot of mechanical stress on the lock, meaning it will break sooner. The cap should should be designed to clip/grip along the sides as well to prevent so much mechanical stress from being put on the lock. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's exactly what I need for now, in spite of the design flaw. 5Not insulated, only fits 1 or 2 medicine trays, small dial to turn for combination I use it to lock medicines from children. A little smaller than I expected. Plastic is thin, not insulated. Not good for leaving medicine in a heated car. Organized with fixed slots limiting space utilization. Can fit lots of medicine bottles with only space to fit 1 or 2 medicine trays on top. Combination lock is a little small and can be a little hard to turn the number dials and I have regular sized fingers. 3Not a Smart Box at all It never latches unless you put your code to lock it. If you miss putting code and hold it by handle then the box cover will open and all the stuffs will be on floor. Really a bad idea to buy this box. 1Impressed! Easy to Change Code! Perfect size. Impressed to say the least! The Medicine lock box came the very next, which wasn t expected. Now myself and my family take meds daily, I personally take 12 every morning and 6 every night. Some Narcotics for chronic pain and autoimmune diseases. That being said, my son is getting to age of possibly picking the wrong friends. Those friends may ask my sweet, kind son, if his parents have any meds (drugs) they can take in secret.It was easy to change the code & holds All my prescription meds. 5Medication is securely out of dementia patient's reach. My octogenarian mother has dementia. I needed a storage container to secure her oral medications. This combination storage container meets my needs. The medication is stored out of my mother's reach. Be aware, it is plastic and if dropped will likely shatter. If the materials were more substantial, I would have rated this five stars. 4Does the job you ask of it perfectly for the price The manufacturering is a bit flimsy, but it definitely does the job. If someone really wants my pills, they ll get them with a hammer, which will easily crack this thin plastic, but it will keep my kids and any stray service workers parading through my under renovation house out. Lock is easy to set and combination seems secure. Big enough to hold 13 pill bottles with room for 13+ more. I appreciate the soft rubber feet that keep it from sliding around and protects my furniture from the plastic rim. Too big for travel, so the one handle on top works well for any moving it around I do. Even if you needed something this big for travel, this one isn t for you. I feel like it might crack if accidentally dinged in overhead compartment. Vendor got the box sent out super fast and followed up with one question I had within 2 hours! 5Lock quit working in 1 month We've had this since March 3rd and this week the lock quit working. I had to break the box to get to my kid's medicine today. Apparently the window to return ended 3 days ago and now i have a plastic piece of trash***update 4/11/19 Customer service reached out to me and a replacement container came in the mail today. Fingers crossed this one does much better! 4Don't buy this! I followed the directions and resent the code. The box wouldn't open. I followed the directions on the Youtube video (provided by seller on the amazon site. It required me to pop the back of the box. Of course, the flimsy plastic was damaged when I did this. The entire top of the box completely popped off! Clearly a lock is not sufficient for this box. Terrible product! Do not buy! 1It's a great little box and the lock works perfectly It's a great little box and the lock works perfectly. It is a little on the flimsy side- if one wanted to break it open it would not be too difficult, the plastic is fairly thin and I'm sure that if it was dropped on a hard surface floor it would probably crack.Other than that, it's a nice box and should serve it's purpose well. If you have children, I'd keep it up out of reach because if it get dropped, it's probably going to break. 4
