just the thing for flat, aching feetThis orthotic has everything I need all in one: good arch support, good heel cushioning, good ball-of-foot cushioning, and relief for my arthritic knees. I've been flat-footed most of my life, heavy half of my life, and when you get to a certain age, the fat cushion on the bottom of the foot tends to thin out and arthritis sets in. This orthotic is the answer to all of that. My only complaints are that it is a bit too wide to fit in all of my shoes, and I wish it came in a clear silicone so it wasn't as visible in sandals and sling-backs. But that won't stop me from wearing it anyway! 5Great investment!I bought these to help with my pregnant + swollen feet. They work beautifully in my casual flat shoes but did not work so well in my Nike's because they provided so much cushion that my heel no longer fit inside the shoe correctly and it caused my heels to rub against the back of the shoe and I got a few blisters. I still use them for my casual shoes and they have helped so much. 5Next best to the gel onesI had neuromas that were so fired up & painful I literally was bed ridden for 4 days straight because I couldn't bare to walk on my feet. I was seeing a podiatrist, that had to custom me an insert for my shoes, but it wasn't in yet. Over spring break , I had this hiking trip to the red rocks in Sedona. I ordered these inserts to use since mine weren't in yet. They worked ok, but the gel ones were the best. We were taking 8-10 mile hikes. & my feet never bothered me once the whole week using the gel ones. 3Love these. Only inserts that seem to help with ...Love these. Only inserts that seem to help with my plantar fasciitis. I bought enough to put in all of my shoes and so much less expensive on Amazon than at Walgreens. These are a Godsend for me. It took my feet a few days to adjust and they were a bit tender, but now I am so glad I use them. 5Worth itI buy these and keep around just in case I need them. They are perfect for Converse and Vans to give support they lack. I use them in many of my shoes in general as they almost always improve my comfort. 5Felt good for a day. Wouldn't buy again nor would I recommend themI bought a 3 pack of these. They worked pretty well for a whole day but by the next day they felt like nothing was in my shoe and my foot hurt again. I walk 10,000 steps a day roughly so these just aren't up to that. I put a pair in my running/walking shoes and in a pair of boots that I also wear to work. Again the relief was fleeting and temporary.I would not buy these again and I would not recommend them to anyone else, either. 2Makes my feet feel greatI inserted these insoles into my flats and after walking around NYC all weekend (at times 8 miles in one day) the bottom of my feet still felt great (the rest of my body not so much but that's another story). Without these insoles in my cheap flats, my feet are usually ready to fall off. They are thin enough to not be bulky, yet provide great support. They also have a nice fabric surface and they stay put in the shoe. They are 3/4 so they don't slip all the way down to the toes. This is great so they don't hijack toe space. I'm glad I can wear cute flats for extended periods without killing my feet anymore. The price our feet already pay with heels, why should we settle for anything but comfy when we aren't wearing heels?!?! These are worth a try! 5Highly RecommendI am amazed at how much comfort these offer and how long they last. I tried the men's first by accident, then got these. I have ones that are a couple of years old that still cushion almost like my older running shoes. Hats off, Dr Scholls! 5Waste of money!!I actually wanted to give this item zero star but didn't seem possible. How can this item fit from a size 6-10?? This is like a kids size. So small and thin.. This is no good and I want my money back 1Exactly what my feet wantedI almost hate to review this item as it seems to me to be a very personal choice, but although I always want an insert in most of the shoes I buy, most inserts are deficient is some way. If they are full length, they bunch under the toes. If the are short, the mid-sole end annoys me. Some almost immediately mat down, others shift in the shoe.These don't seem impressive, but these simply get it right, not in a blaze of glory, but simply, unobtrusively what the shoe should have felt like to start with. 5
