Five StarsHelped my slightly too big wedding heels fit snuggly! 5Perfect!My new shoes were fine in the store, but after two outings the right heel started slipping. I tried fixing with moleskin, which I already owned, but the less said about that mess the better. These are THE PERFECT THING to keep it in place. It's soft, grippy, not too thick, not too tall, not too thin. 5I put them in position and then put a couple drops of super glue on to hold themI put these in all of my new shoes. I was so tired of breaking new shoes in and getting blisters on my heels. They won't stay with just the stickiness on them already. I put them in position and then put a couple drops of super glue on to hold them. I don't get blisters or sores from new shoes anymore. 5Nice but they don't stick wellThey are ok, The glue does not stick. I used super glue ( or crazy glue) and glued these on. No more shoe burns on my feet. 3good qualityI wanted to use these because My shoes are slightly to big and I thought these would help but unfortunately they arent as thick as I thought they were going to be. These are great if your shoe already fits and you just have some rubbing that you dont like but if the rubbing is from the edge I dont think you would be able to fit them in your shoe well enough to be discrete and fix the problem 4Great for new shoes that haven't been broken in, but they don't lastMy "ball of her feet" inserts far outlast these liners.Just like other reviewers had, the adhesive wears off faster and ends up moving around on you. I mostly use these in my pumps, but I also used these for my flats because flats always dig into my heel, so they were good to break those in and I can wear the flats without the cushioning now, but I agree that using the non-gel version is better if you're looking for a liner that lasts longer. However, if you're in a pinch and haven't had time to break in a new pair of shoes, these will definitely do the trick.I didn't have any issues with the liners causing blisters or falling off during the first few uses. It took about a dozen or so wears before they started losing sticking power.Also, if you just need the friction reduction without the bulk of liners, use moleskin (in the first aid aisle), it sticks directly to your skin and prevents the friction that causes blisters with new shoes. If it's only needed to break the shoes in and not needed for long-term comfort. You're MUCH better off with moleskin - it's flesh toned and blends in to your skin, plus it DOESN'T move and you can wear it under your nylons/panty hose to make it less noticeable AND you can cut it to the desired size or cover the entire back of your heel with it. 3Dr. Scholl's For Her Heel Liners, 1 Pair (Pack of 6)They are much thinner than I had hoped that they would be. However, they work well on some of my shoes and have saved me from bloody heels more than once. I recommend this product, but caution that while they do help protect against rubbing, they are not very thick so if the outer hem of the shoe curls in far enough, it may still rub. 4Works like a charm!My new shoes were just loose enough where my heel would come out of the back portion of it. Going down 1/2 a size would be too tight, so I got these heel liners to see if it would fix the problem. It worked exactly how I hoped!It's a clear, cushiony sticker that I placed at the back heel portion of both of my shoes. It did not make the shoe tight, and since it was not slippery, between the "grip" and the padding, my feet did not come off the heel portion of my shoes when I walked. You could not see these liners when I was wearing the shoes. It stayed on perfectly all night of lots of walking and dancing!! 45 hoes fit like a 9Made my just over 9.5 hoes fit like a 9.5! Perfect! 5Didn't work for me, but that may be my shoes' fault.I should preface this review by saying that I am a man, and bought this because I couldn't find any similar men's products, and well, we all have heels, so why not?I put these in my Oxfords and they did not help with my heel chafing at all. I'm not sure if that is the product's fault or if it is meant for a different kind of shoe (the product package shows it being used with high heels). 3
