This works for me!I bought this for myself thinking I was likely throwing money out the window. BUT, I can feel the tension and tenderness leave my neck when I use it, which I do every other day for 20 minutes or so. Just got one for Grandma for Christmas. Quality materials, easy to use. 5It really works.This device actually works. I am pleased with my results. I wish it came with its own washable pillow case to keep it clean. But it functions as described. It has helped to relieve the pain I get in my neck from looking down so much. It is a great addition to my self health. It even works with my inversion table. 4This has worked for me!I really though my memory foam pillow allowed my neck to relax and was skeptical this would help, but it actually did. Using this for about 10 minutes allows my neck to fully relax and the spasms to stop. I love drug free solutions! 5TMJ pain controlled!I needed something to help me with TMJ. As I searched for different products to help I came upon this! As a wedding photographer my neck and back hurt a lot! This hurt when I first used it, but I knew its because my body was out of alignment! I used it now right after I work out and I can feel my back popping back into alignment, and I use it after every wedding! It doesn't hurt anymore and I feel amazing! I do with that the foam was softer and more like memory foam, but thats all! 5Comfy and Easy to UseThis simple device has helped me to stretch my cervical spine comfortably. I have 2 ruptured discs at C4 and C5 and I don't want to even think about surgery. While there isn't much to it, I find that it is well-constructed and easy to use. I only use it for around 10 minutes at a time once or twice a day. It is a good value for the money. 5Great for neck pain and headachesI barely take the time to review but this works for me. I have own this for three years and my neck and head pain has gotten better. My neurologist tried to put me in every medicine possible not only the side effects were horrifying but did nothing for my permanent headache. Every time a headache pops in I lay down with this and it completely relaxes my head and neck muscles. Would buy again and again 5Neck relief that actually RELIEVES!I was skeptical about getting this for my mom, because there was another one with a similar design that I preferred, but it was out of stock, so I took my chances and went with the Dr. Kay's version, and let me just say that, I made a great choice! My mother absolutely loves this little device. I initially thought, "there's no way this is going to actually work." I was proven wrong, thankfully! My mom says she only has to use it for a few short minutes before she feels relief, and she has to remember to remove it since its so comfortable. 5recommended addition to my regimenThis has been a nice addition to my back regimen. I can use it when I do my back stretches while laying on the ground. It supports my head/neck when I am laying down and doing certain stretches that would normally put a strain on my neck. Back when I was having terrible neck and back pain (much better now due to some pt/stretching/back roller and Spine-Worx Back Realignment device) this neck thingy felt very nice just laying down and resting my neck on it. It feels like a gentle stretch and allows me to relax comfortably and relieve the tension. Another use is when I lay on my Spine-Worx Back Realignment device, I can rest my head on it, otherwise the back device could feel uncomfortable where it ends and my neck starts, leaving my head hanging down. I recommend this device for anyone needing neck relief and support. My client that used to be a physical therapist recommended it and I thank her for it. She said I can do all the things needed to fix my back on my own and save tons of money and she was right! 5When life gives you a pain in the neck...Get this!!! I do not understand how or why this works, I only know that it does. My sister has one of these and when she saw me rubbing my shoulder, she told me to lie on it for 15 minutes. I told her it was my shoulder, not my neck, and that it would never work, but I was desperate so I did it anyway. And it worked. A couple of weeks later it happened again...same pain, same conversation, same result. Then I ordered my own, and now I actually keep it right beside my bed. My doctor once told me that judging by the MRI of my neck, he would swear I was 95...I was 40 at the time...so needless to say, I have some serious issues...headaches, neck aches, shoulder pain, numbness, arm aches, and it even goes into my elbows at times. But, this little gadget fixes all of it...it's a major miracle as far as I am concerned!! I love it and I hope I never have to be without it again! Definitely recommend it to anybody who finds life to be a real pain in the neck... and all related areas!! 5If only they replaced the foam with a silicon or gel-like materialThe shape is good, and but two issues:1. The foam material is terribly annoying and not fun to be in contact with. Same cheap stuff of equipment handling boxes. Should have been silicon or gel2. The "legs" that are placed against the floor are too narrow so it cannot hold the head from tilting sideways. If you try to sleep on it - it will slip easily.Easily fixable if they cared to change the product. 3
