Super-comfortable and really good support for my footSuper-comfortable and really good support for my foot. Not as solid of a bottom surface as I was expecting, but they work great and fit my shoes well. 5By the end of the day my arches would hurt so bad I could barely walkI bought these when my arches started to hurt daily. I first bought a couple pairs of expensive running/walking shoes, which didn't help my arches at all. By the end of the day my arches would hurt so bad I could barely walk. The first week of putting these in my shoes was horrible. My arches actually hurt worse after I put these in my shoes, but I decided to stick with them and I'm glad I did. After the initial week of wearing these my arches were completely better! I haven't had any arch pain at all even after walking the full day. I highly recommend these, but be prepared for them to be uncomfortable for a week or so until you rebuild your arches. After the adjustment you will be so happy you stuck with them!! 5I am now PAIN FREE!Ok, I am usually extreme skeptical when it comes from items like this, but feeling the constant pain in my feet, hip, and knee as well as when I looked at an old pair of shoes and the weird way they had worn, I knew that I had a problem. After looking into it, the problem was probation. After speaking to the doc, and seeing the prices of orthotics, I chose to take a risk on these. BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE IN A LONG TIME! After a few days of wearing them, I noticed the pain going away. To this day I am pain free while wearing shoes with these inserts. What a huge difference! 5Bought these for my over-pronation / fallen arches.I am a runner and some of my favorite running shoes don't come with stability/over-pronation control. I use these when I run. You can feel them at first but after about a 1/2 mile they blend into the shoe. I also take them out and put them into some regular walking shoes I have to correct that over-pronation also. They work better than I expected. Since they are 3/4 length they are easy to fit in any of your shoes and easy to transfer from pair to pair. This has really helped me reduce/eliminate my kneecap/runner's knee pain. 5Revived Tootsies!! Very Bad Pronation Corrected In a Snap!!Let me tell you when I say that i practically have inner-ankles that touch the ground, baybee! It is rough. It doesn't help that I have been overweight since having children so I am sure that has helped tear down my ankles. PLUS, I used to dance and taught myself to walk without rolling me ankles but I think I made my foot condition worse by doing so. Maybe, maybe not but bottom line is I can't go terribly far without pain in feet, ankles and ultimately calves because of how I walkThen here comes these orthotics! Small enough to put in my cute boots and sneakers without feeling squeezed out. They are lightweight and just slipped right into my shoes. I did not take off the sticky pad cover because I am inter-changing the orthotics into other shoes. So far, and a few days in, I am in love. I look forward to my trip in June where walking will surely be a part of my daily activity. No more dreading those steps because of foot and ankle pain! All for less than $15.00?! As good as any orthotic I have owned in the past that cost me hundreds! Highly recommend this product! They were different, Not as thick as the first ones and considerably softer in the right places. The contour was surprisingly rigid but quickly conformed to my foot needs. The Sticky material on the heel works fine and keeps the orthotic in place. I have worn them on four occasions each time greater than 3 hours on my feet and so far they work great, almost no heel pain (I always have some heel pain with the exercises I do) These work very well for my Plantar Fasciitis. The link in this review should indicate the updated version of this insert. 5Might rework some, but for me the arch was too high and in the wrong place.Thought this would be a good replacement for the more expensive Perfect Foot insoles (which look almost identical). Unfortunately, the arch shape is different, and for me, feels incredibly uncomfortable (maybe it will work for some, but for me, using for over a week, I could never get used to the arch....it seems too far forward and too high. 1Excellent supportI only received these inserts yesterday, but I am pleasantly surprised by the support they offer and their comfort. I use them in shoes where full size inserts are too large (sneakers, summer shoes) and they offer more support then some of my full size inserts and even are better than an expensive pair of 3/4 size inserts that I recently got at the show store. I'll update if anything changes, but so far I highly recommend them. 5Great Insoles to relieve foot painI had severe pain in my feet for a long time. It was getting so bad that I considered surgery to remedy the pain. I decided to try these insoles for awhile instead. After a few months the pain caused by my Plantar fasciitis completely went away. That was last year. I wear these all the time and never have pain in my feet anymore. I have size 9.5 feet and these fit perfectly. I never even realize I'm wearing them. I highly recommend these and I have not been paid or reimbursed for this endorsement in any way. 5
