Highly recommend. 5Dr Comfort XL Navy Crew socksMy husband is a diabetic and these are the only socks he will wear now. They were recommended by his podiatrist. The price was better here then buying them through her office. 5Premature wearThe socks are very comfortable and fit very well. They feel good on my feet. The problem is they do not last long before wearing a huge hole on the bottom of the heel. A more durable thread is needed for the heel and sole of the socks. On mine, I develop a hole on the heel only after a few washings. 2Very Comfortable Even If You Don't Have DiabetesThey are a comfortable mid weight crew that has a seamless toe and is not constricting in any way....yet stay up and are durable 4Your feet will love theseMy husband loves these socks. He referees sports and stands for long periods. These help his feet by reducing any swelling. He wears them for everything now. 5A GodsendMy poor dad was stuck in the brutal weather that engulfed the nation this winter. I sent him several pairs of DIABETIC wool socks, which fit him well and kept his feet very warm while not constricting his legs, a big no no for diabetics. I had purchased him one pair 3 years ago and he was still wearing them. I thought perhaps they needed to be retired and sent new ones. He liked them very much, but he was still happy with the 3 year old pair. I personally wouldn't know how to rate these socks but my dad is very pleased with them. I can tell you I wear the merino wool socks myself and wouldn't dream of wearing any other kind of sock. It's amazing how such a simple product can bring so much more comfort in a person's life. If you have a relative with circulation type issues, their feet will be cold no matter how high the temp is outside. But, now I have found these and am amazed at how they fit and do what other socks claim they can do. I have Diabetic Parifeal sp? Neuropathy, extremely sensitive, on fire, etc. etc. feet. These socks are cushioned well and have a kind of good stimulation that is so good I can't explain it! I would recommend these socks 'for any foot'!!! 5
