Sizing info is INCORRECTI ordered these per my orthopedist's recommendation. I wanted them for some size 9 women's athletic shoes. I ordered size C, which is listed as fitting women's 8.5 - 10. It is far too large to fit in these shoes. It is linger than the current full sole orthodotics by at least 1/2 inch. I will need to return them and try a smaller size. I am disappointed in the delay 2I don't know what a size B insole looks like but after this experienceManufacturer sizing seems to be incorrect for women's sizing. The company that supplies my doctor's office had actually suggested going up a size (I don't understand why unless maybe her experience was with men). However, I am thankful that I didn't when I ordered. I wear a Women's size 10 but I am probably closer to a 9.5 if my foot was narrower. The insole was much bigger than my foot and I had to cut off a significant portion of the insole. After looking again at the sizing, I believe a women's 10 is closer to a men's 7 or 8 rather than a 9. If I had ordered the larger size (D) it wouldn't have fit my foot in the right places. I don't know what a size B insole looks like but after this experience, if I had a size 8.5 in women's I would order a Size B not size C. It seems to shift the foot a bit but after surgery in the heel and the Achille's tendon the harder sole is more uncomfortable right now so I am using a softer insole right now and I will use this one again once the heel is less sensitive. 3Incorrect sizingI trust the DonJoy Arch Rival Orthotic Inserts are a fine product however, the size B (which I ordered) doesn't fit the foot size as advertised. It's too large. I would like to return this pair for Size A in hopes it will actually fit women's size 7.5. If the fit is good I will, of course, change my rating. Thank you. 3Warning for ladies' shoe sizesAs others here have stated, these are not sized properly for a women's foot. The forefoot is much longer, as a man's would be. Knowing that, I ordered a size smaller, the A size. Took it to my orthotic foot fitter, and she said "This is way too big to be even cut down to your size". I wear a 7 in tennis shoes. I am going to have to return them. They were recommended to me by my podiatrist for having high arches. They may work fine if you can cut them to size. The big takeaway here, and I am warning you ladies, simply that if you don't even wear AT LEAST a size 8 1/2, even the small size A is going to be too big and a waste of money. Maybe if you wear at least a size 8 1/2 you could order the size A , but I would caution any woman to order a smaller size than you think. 1Not built for a female's foot!These inserts are sized specifically for a man's foot regardless of what the sizing chart suggests. Even with trimming to fit the shoe, the fit is off & causes pain instead of helping pain. I did not wear them more than 2 hours a day since that was the instruction for breaking in. My feet hurt much worse with them in my shoes. Men & women's bodies are not built in a one size fits all. Build these to fit women as well as men & you might have a decent product. 1For many women, order the smallest size.For women with size 7-9ish shoe size: Order the smallest size. Do not go by shoe size. I ordered the smallest size and was so glad I did- still had to trim them at the top to fit in my size 8.5 shoe. A bigger size would have been too wide. Did exactly what I needed them to do to help with my right foot peroneal tendinitis. So much more conformtable than OTC orthotics. Thanks! 5Sent a mislabeled size, but good for Subtle Cavus Foot.My husband has been using ArchRivals for a couple of years, and they work very well for keeping him aligned. He started noticing more knee and ankle pain than usual, so we suspected that his orthotic were worn out. We still had the box from his first pair that were labeled D. We ordered D again and were sent these. They are stamped C on the bottom, and the box is labeled C except they have put a different sticker on it that says D. My husband was needing them for a trip and there was no time to return them, so he is just going to use them anyway. I would rate the insoles as a 5, but the store that sent these gets a 1 for sending a mislabeled product. 3Best insoles for my feet...better than custom!These insoles have changed my life. My doctor prescribed them for me, and they work better than anything else for my feet.They come large, but you are supposed to cut them down. I trace my shoe s insole, paying attention to where the recessed area is. My feet are size 8, and the B is perfect in my 8.5 Keen Presidio shoes. 5his foot fit the insert perfect. If I had trimmed , this would have been cut. Very wide and long. I wear a size 6. My husband wears a 9.5. Without shoes on, his foot fit the insert perfect. I would advise customer with small feet to look for a different ones. They looked good and I think they would have worked if they were 3 sizes smaller. 2Already used in the pkg.Just received them today. Opened them up, and they are used. Full of lint and already cut to 2 different sizes and are both left foot. 1
