I have very small hands, so I found it ...I have very small hands, so I found it a bit too large for me, but it's an okay tool.3Great tool, sizing chart needs refinementLove it a lot! It can't replace working with my fingers on areas that demand a lot of precision like forearms or the bicep's tendon for example, but it does save a lot of stress on my thumbs for work in larger/flatter muscle group like rotator cuff, back, trapezius, buttocks, lower limb muscles, etc. The only reason I don't give it a five star is because I think the sizing chart to select the correct size for your hand (small/medium, or large) lacks some refinement. I ordered large because I measured somewhat above the requirement for that size, but I feel it's too long. I didn't have a chance to try a small/medium yet, but I'm pretty sure it'd be a better fit. I may have long fingers, but my hands are narrow and the sizing chart doesn't take into account anything but the length of your hand from wrist to tip of middle finger.4Five StarsGreat to for deep tissue, neuromuscular release. My LMT has one and loves to use on it on my calfs going up from the foot. The pressure is easy to over-do, because you don't have feedback, so take it gentle. Also, if you don't own a massage table, the angles this tool requires makes it quite interesting to use.5This wasn't useful to meThis wasn't useful to me. I have wrist issues so I was looking for something that would help massage be less damaging to me; this tool felt just the same as not using it. It may have felt like more pressure to the recipient with less effort to me, I couldn't say, but from my perspective you still have to apply pressure with the thumb at exactly the same angle, so it was no help at all and didn't do the basic thing I was looking for which is allow me to hold my hand in a more ergonomic position and/ or use less pressure. Also it got all slippery with massage oil (naturally) and required all this extra effort to keep it from skidding off track which may have actually meant I was using my muscles for fine motor stuff (the worst for RSI) MORE than without it.1Five StarsA smart idea, well made and does the job.5
