Customer Reviews

Loving these a lotI love these diapers. I love them because they're really super absorbent to me and that they run big. I love how I can feel them swell up after I wet. They fit nice and love how they look. No matter how much I wet I can't make them leak which is fantastic. I don't like regular undies anymore I love these diapers soo much I wear them nonstop. Would recommend to a diaper lover like myself or anyone looking for a diaper that's built to last. 5D.L. and Performance ReviewI had some surgeries some time ago where I had to wear a diaper for protection. This lasted only a few months, however, at the age of 43 I suddenly became a diaper lover (as I see they call it). I sleep most soundly when wearing a diaper and sometimes for fun and comfort I will wear a diaper all day. (just to be weird) I had previously worn Abri-Form M4, as that I what I got leaving the hospital. I loved the thickness and the little bit of crinkle. It was the thick paddedness I liked, so I don't wear any of the store brands that are thin and not sturdy.I purchased Confidry 24/7 based on reviews. The confidry is HUGE and the medium is plenty big for my over 200 pound frame. When I tested the performance, WOW, they can hold a lot. Perhaps more than Abri-Form but I don't know, because I never maxed out either. I can tell you that you can drink beer all day in this diaper, till it's so full you can hardly walk and your wife makes fun of you.I can wear the Abri-Form out in public to the store or other loud places and under jeans, even at family events and nobody knows. The ConfiDry 24/7 is incredibly LOUD. I've tried wearing tight underwear over it, and there is no way to hid the noise these things make. If you are walking and the place is just reasonably quiet, everyone will hear you. So if you are a D.L. who likes the crinkly factor, these are over the top. If you sometimes need to wear a diaper around others and don't want to advertise it, then these are not a good choice for daytime. They are even loud when you roll over in bed. I can hear them outside the covers. VERY LOUD. But on the utilitarian side, they are bomb proof. Like I said, put it on, crack some beers and watch two soccer games and your still on the couch. Those of you wearing for medical reasons, can appreciate the comparison. Remember I was once one of you. 4These are normally great diapers, and usually hold a lotThese are normally great diapers, and usually hold a lot. But I just received a bad batch (possible 2 as I ordered 2 cases) of the large. Pinhole leaks everywhere! Plastic backing looks like a rough white eggshell with hard bumpy spots all over! Bag lot # is: 0171711410:47. Also bag numbers in the case :48, :49, & :50 (same numbers before colon). 3Great Diapers! These are amazing diapers, I have never leaked in any position day or night and the absorbency is massive. The plastic and liner are soft and comfortable, the core never bunches or disintegrates, and the tapes never fail. Although they are on the thicker side of diapers I have no problem concealing them under jeans during the day. These are my go-to diapers for almost anything I'm doing and I highly recommend 5elastic leg guards that are comfortable and can help keep everything containedThese are nearly everything that I am looking for in a diaper. They have a thick plastic backing to prevent leakage. They have large, elastic leg guards that are comfortable and can help keep everything contained. They are bulky, but can be concealed. They do crinkle, but this can be controlled a lot by wearing tight jeans or compression shorts. And of course, they can hold a large number of wettings,However, my only complaint is that they run large for their sizing. I should have ordered a small. They run high up on my waist. 4Works alright but there are better ones.Although I was satisfied with the 24/7 Dry Care brief it is NOT a 24-hour brief. I realize 24/7 doesn't really mean you can wear it 24 hours, but I've used other brands that have just as much, or more, absorbancy and perform better. I normally use the Abena M4 briefs and for me, these provide good protection from leaks and the absorbent material doesn't break down and ball up like this and many other diapers. You can maybe see my review on the Abena M4 brief that I just completed before this one. I'll occasionally come across a diaper I haven't used before and give it a try but I always come back to the Abena. For summertime, I've started using the cloth backed Abena diaper during the day since it doesn't trap heat quite as much. They do cost a little bit more but meet my needs. If I'm going to wear pants or shorts that I may "display" what I'm wearing, and I don't need to be concerned about not being able to change when needed, I've been using one of the Tena briefs. If you are just starting to deal with urinary incontinence there is much to consider. I tried the pullups some but found that it is much more practical to wear the full brief if I'm going to have to change in a public restroom. With the pull-ups, you'd have to totally undress in the bathroom stall to pull on the new one. This means you can hardly avoid dragging part of your pants on a dirty floor. Plus it actually can take a little longer to do. This is my opinion anyway. I still will occasionally use the Abena pull-up as long as I'm sure I won't be out long. I hope this info helps. 4Perfect diaper for my husbands needs.Bought these for my husband, he has pretty bad incontenence from a traumatic brain injury, and severe damage to his pelvis and bladder from a fall; he s only twenty-three. Unforntanely, the Depend pull on briefs he loves so much don t hold his urine out put anymore. As his incontenence has progressively gotten worse, he began to leak through his briefs. It sucks, they were super discreet and made him less self conscious. Sadly, we were forced to upgrade to a full blow diaper, so I got him these. He tries to protest and get out of wearing them, but he needs them and I ensure he wears them 24/7. They are super bulky, and very crinkly which he hates and I wish they were quieter but we make due. I also make him wear one of the Rearz plastic pants diaper covers, to make certain he doesn t leak. It s just added assurance for him, and peace of mind so he doesn t have to constantly check his clothes to see if he leaked. I will be buying these as needed to keep our supply stocked, he s still not happy about it but he s adjusting slowly. He still sometimes tries to sneak back into his Depend s but it always back fires, and ends with him changing his clothes and being put in a Confidry 24/7 diaper with the plastic pants for the added protection. The company was also kind enough to send a sample pack of adult wipes, and a sample of two adult medium absobancy briefs to test out. The wipes also came with a half off coupon, which we ll be using to buy some different patterns and things to keep it somewhat fun for him. 5Great product. Runs big. These run big, could have ordered a small instead of a medium. VERY absorbent. Good product. 5AWESOME DIAPER FOR ABDL'S!WOW!!! I'm a closeted ABDL but mostly DL & have purchased & worn designer diapers like Bambinos, Cooshies & Reaz but they are a bit pricey after awhile. I decided to try these (Dry Care- Comfidry 24/7) & they are amazing. The price was perfect, I slept in one last night & it was sooooooo comfy, thick, crinkly & soft & it didn't come off or fall apart/separate as I slept. Buying more, so many more soon 5For AB/DL's review only.I Love the fact they remind me of the Vintage Pampers from the 70's to 80's! But remember they do have 2 tapes on each side but very wide tapes. The Soft plastic backing and VERY THICK DIAPERS ARE INCREDIBLE!!!! They hold alot and just make you feel so wonderful inside!!!! I used to use the Abena briefs but there not as thick as these nor the tapes as wide as these to. They do cost more but you get 18 in a pack and the abena's only 14 if you did the math the Confidry's are $2.04 a Diaper which the Abena's are $1.68 per diaper which still is not to bad. It is an ALL WHITE DIAPER WITH ONLY A SO SMALL WRITING ON THEM WHICH YOU REALLY CANNOT SEE. Gives it more of a Vintage Pamper look. Anyways like I posted it was for AB's/DL's to review so please don't get mad at what I wrote ok. 5
