Cincher back supportThere was only two sizes to choose from, cincher was a little too tight for me. I ordered the 2x large, I gave product to my sister-in-law 2Ahhhhh......I'm an ER nurse with the bad back that goes with the job and while the Cincher DOES get hot after running around all day, it is WELL worth it! First of all, it's easy to put on and adjust, second, the relief you experience is immediate and it puts pressure in all the right places. I like that it doesn't feel bulky and fits under my scrubs well, even helps flatten the tummy a little! Plus, it helps to prevent me from doing movements that hurt my back and I don't go home in pain after 12 hours of lifting, tugging and pulling on people. VERY NICE! I've spent hundreds of dollars on massages, rubs, and anything else that promises relief, this is the one thing that truly works! I am telling all of my co-workers and patients that come in with back pain about it! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! If you don't have one, get one as soon as possible! 5Great ProductWorks well and fits perfectly and I have a large stomach and didn't think it would fit, but it adjusts quite a bit for different sizes. 5This holds my shoulders and back in the proper position.This has solved all of my problems. It holds my shoulders back without putting undue pressure on the shoulder joints. It also supports my lower back, so it does not just push the pressure somewhere else. What a crock 1It worksAlthough the product isn't really what I had expected I am giving it 5 stars because it does what it says it does and they have wonderful customer service. I was hoping more for a full back support but this one offers more lower back support than anything. It still works just fine though. It was a little bit bulkier than I had expected too but it still is easy enough to wear under clothes without being very noticeable which is an added plus. The customer service I receive was very good when I had to return the item for a smaller size. I had made an oops when ordering and some how had order a 2x large instead of a medium not sure how though. 5It was too snug on me so I wasn't able ...It was too snug on me so I wasn't able to use it, and also wasn't allowed to return it.
