Just what the doctor ordered - really!Our physical therapist told us my son needed these for his problem feet. They were easy to size, easy to insert and lasted a while. When he outgrew the shoes those were in, he lasted one hour before telling me that I needed to order these for his new shoes. While they are transferable, we found that he had worn them down enough to where I don't believe they were effective and opted to purchase the same inserts for the new shoes. We've had very few foot issues since putting these in and will order the next size up when that becomes necessary. It's SO much cheaper than physical therapy! 5I Definitely Recommend These...Great QualityLove these and they re such good quality that I ordered 3 more sets. The fact that you can cut/adjust the size toward the toe end is great....I customized them to fit in some of my twins shoes that were previously uncomfortable. We also are putting them in the bottom of their rollerblades. They re very happy with the increase in cushioning and the result of more comfort. One last note, in comparison to similar products, these are a great value. 5Worked well....while they lastedThese worked well for my 10yr old who gets plantar fasciitis. However within 5 months they were already falling apart. I will say this is my second brand (third total pair) and have had this issue with all pairs. I understand they will get worn down but they wear down way too quickly for the money. 3Much need relieve for heel painWanted to give an honest review so i let my 7 year old wear these through a few basketball practices. Before i purchased these insoles my son was crying coming off the court with heel pain. These took a few times for his feet to adjust but now he has no pain. Great sole inserts! We did have to remove the shoes manufacture soles. 5Awesome!!My daughter (10) is in soccer and track. She has the onset of severs in her heal. As soon as she started track this year she had pain in her heel on the very first day. I pulled her out of practice for a week and then purchased these insoles! She went to practice and no pain!! She was so happy.. I would say perfect for running shoes but may not work in soccer cleats because the heal section in a little thick. 5Must buy!My daughter has extremely bad flat feet and plays competitive soccer so she is always on the go. Her feet were hurting her so badly after practices and games she could barely walk to the car. My heart ached to see her struggle. I got her these insoles after the $600 custom orthotics started bothering her and let me tell you, after wearing these insoles, I could see the difference in just the way she walks instantly! She runs and plays all day and her feet hardly ever bother her. I will be purchasing more so she has at least 2 pairs so I don't have to keep moving them from shoe to shoe. Don't pay for custom ones, try these lifesavers!! 5No directions whatsoever and cutting guide lines don't match sizesI am frustrated with this product because I am trying to get arch supports to fit my son's shoes (size 13). He has a somewhat flat arch with some intoeing and needed some support at the arch. These seemed like they would work, but when they arrived there were absolutely no instructions or guide to how to appropriately size them. There were lines on the bottom that said "0", "1", and "2". With no instructions, I figured they were sizes. Size 13 is smaller than a size 1 and 2, so I figured the size 0 line would work. I cut it to that line and found they were way too short and didn't make it to the toes of the shoes, so there would be a ledge right where my son's toes were. I cut the other one longer and it fit OK, but now I have 1 that doesn't work. I tried to glue the strip I cut off back on to the end, but now I have a crusty hard line there that is uncomfortable under my son's toes. This seems like it would be a quality product if it came with some guidance on how to appropriately size it. The "cutting guide" lines were useless the way they were labelled. 3Comfortable and Supportive Children's InsoleMy 8-year-old son is very active in general and especially likes to run - a LOT, so he wears out his shoes quickly. He also seems to be over-pronating more lately, and has reported pain and discomfort in his legs recently. With these things in mind, I wanted to get him a supportive insole for inside his running shoes to add some cushion and arch support. These insoles were easy to cut to size, appear well-constructed, and were not too bulky inside the shoe. I like that they had the gel-support areas, and didn't seem as flimsy as others we've purchased. While the first wearing was a little uncomfortable for him - probably just because the feeling in his shoe was different - even by later that day he reported they had "squished down" and felt "great." He said they feel good and his legs are not hurting anymore, so that's wonderful! In viewing his feet from the back, he still has a lot of pronation even with the insoles, so I do wish there was a bit more arch support, though I may need to get a more specific insole for this purpose. 5These worked great for my son at his wilderness campThese worked great for my son at his wilderness camp. We bought him hiking boots from a consignment store and later realized the inside had been ripped out, so these worked great. The numbers on the cutting guides didn't actually match with the size his shoes were so we ended up only cutting a little bit off at a time until they fit well. It ended up being the guide for about 1-2 sizes bigger than his shoe size said. Other than that we love them. 4Good for heel pain from Sever's, but minimal arch supportWe were looking for comfortable inserts for soccer cleats. These are foamy and help a ton with my son's heel pain from Sever's Disease.. However, they are billed as having good arch support, and they really do not have much arch support as all. So if you are looking for true arch support, I wouldn't bother with these. 4
