Five StarsGreat product 5Great way to stretch your mid-backThis is my second BakBall so I knew exactly what I was getting. I lost the first one while traveling. I love how it stretches my thoracic spine and massages the paraspinal muscles. I use both lying down as well as standing against the wall. It helps stretch my back in a way foam rollers do not. I purchased my first one at a conference so got to compare the red one to the black one. The red one has a little give/flexibility so I think it is much more comfortable. 5but I find it hard to keep in place and seems to do better with a tennis ballIt works, but I find it hard to keep in place and seems to do better with a tennis ball. 3Works greatGreat between shoulder blades and hip.
