Comfy insertsBought these for my 8 year old son, he has flat feet that were bothering him. He prefers them over the other more expensive brand we purchased. Hoping they have his next size up 5They workThese were recommended by a podiatrist for our son who has somewhat flat feet. We usually order these directly from the company, this saved us a lot of money ordering on Amazon. 5Not great for toddlers and little feet.Bought these for some converse since they run big and have zero support and my son hated the way they felt in his shoes. They only run half the shoe length so they can slip and cause discomfort. If your kid has a problem with their sock seams then these insoles will really annoy them. 1Great for children and adults with narrow feet and high arches.Being an adult woman, with narrow feet, narrow heels and high arches, it is hard for me to find insoles, in stores, that will work for me. I usually wind up having to order them off the internet. I have a pair of Arch Angels Children's Comfort Insoles, Youth size 4-5, in a pair of athletic shoes. I can definitely tell a difference. My arches are supported, and I have less knee pain, when I exercise. I also like the 3/4 inch length, so my toes are not crowded. These insoles do not take up a lot of room in your shoes either. If you have feet like mine, get a pair of these insoles, and try them out. 5Good support - so happy we found.My 9 yr old daughter is very athletic and unfortunately has flat feet. She needs good support in her shoes so that she can avoid pain that comes with running and jumping and being very active. Its time for new sneakers for the new school year and we've tried on over 50 pairs- both boy and girls sneakers- and none work for her feet. I've tried several insoles and they don't work for her. As a last resort, I found and ordered these Arch insoles which are made of firm foam. I chose these b/c of reviews posted (in many forums other than Amazon) and because there were no shipping costs (as a Prime I don't like to pay shipping). Once received, we went back to the store and tried three of her favorite sneakers crossing our fingers these inserts worked. The did! What a relief. We bought high tops for basketball and running sneakers for gym. They did increase her shoe size by .5 so it was good that we had the arches in hand when trying on the sneakers. I will purchase once again for the second pair of sneakers. 5Flat feet hurt no moreMy 10 year olds have very flat feet. These are the only inserts that prevent them from experiencing pain while participating in sports and overall just walking in sneakers during school. 5Foam, not stiff, fyiThese are foam, so they are a bit soft. Doc wanted firmer ones, these are compressed foam but not truly solid. More like a rubber feel, though they ate foam. They are also wide in shape, we forced them into a Nike shoe. Fit better in a Asics with the original shoe bottom torn out, but was hoping for a more stiff insert that fits more easily. 3Initially great, but didn't last 2 months before they were worn out.My son got less than 2 months of use from these supports before they were worn out. They were great at first. My son immediately had relief when he played sports. However, the arch's have already collapsed. A concave indention has formed along the ridge of the arch. This would seem to me evidence that the arch supports are collapsing downward eliminating the benefit of their intended purpose. As I said. my son had immediate relief and had not been complaining about his feet at all over the last month. That is, until tonight. He had started having sever plantar fasciatis which was aggravated with higher activity levels like sports. As I said, he had not been complaining about his feet at all the last month, until tonight after baseball practice. He was complaining about those tell tale signs again of plantar fasciatis. He was complaining of that sharp stabbing pain in the ball of his foot. I inspected the inserts when we got home and that's when I noticed the flattening and indentation along the arches. 3Sized Wrong, Otherwise Good Arch SupportBuyer beware: this 4-5 Y fits a size 9 Women's... WAY to big for my child.Otherwise, the quality of these supports is good. It seems like plastic with a sort of foam around it. It does not give under my weight (160lbs) so it should be good support for a child's feet. The arch is quite prominent so it might take getting used to. 3Great productMy daughter has flat feet that cause her alot of trouble so we have been using these in all of her shoes since she was small. They are amazing 5
