Started coming apart in less than 3 monthsWhile this back brace worked very well for a couple of months, it has already developed a tear near the bottom which is letting one of the two flat vertical ribs that help keep it rigid slide out. Very disappointing.At least the piece is made of wood rather than metal, or it might have cut me open when it popped out while I was running with the brace on! I'll give it two stars for that. 2A good lesson in ordering...The configuration of this Posture support back brace was a bit overly ensnaring unit which I had to remove after a few hours wear. I needed something which I was able to work in for several hours at a time. This wasn't it!!! I am however still using it from-time-to-time. In the meantime: I have learned a few lessons in buying the right size a little larger than the scale indicated. I have in using that slight adjustment bought another without the shoulder straps. This one is working much better and is in fact my preferred back brace for daily work. 3Helps the postureItem helps, my back is just way too damaged for it to help out as much as I want 3it is a greatUsed it today for the first time. A little difficult to figure it out bc the directions need improvement. However, it is a great product 4satisfiedDoing exactly what I needed, correct my posture to repair a bulging disc and make me more aware of slouch. Wish the back was more rigid but for the price no complaints. People that complain about it digging in..don't wear it so tight and don't let the brace do all the work, see it more as a guide to where your posture SHOULD be. Let your muscles do the work of holding you in place. Hence why they recommend a few hours at a time. 4It's OK, would not buy it againIt's OK but not as powerful or strong as I had hoped. 3Works okayNot the best; serves it s purpose.
